Iraqi and Coalition Forces stage raids near Baqubah

TIKRIT, Iraq – Iraqi Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division worked with Coalition Forces Jan. 29 to raid an anti-Iraqi forces cell targeting coalition bases in Baqubah.

The Iraqi Soldiers, joined by members of 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, planned and conducted several raids to capture terrorists who were behind mortar and rocket attacks on coalition bases. Prior to the raids, unit leaders targeted several specific AIF members who were believed to be behind the attacks and operating in the nearby town of Septia.

The raid into Septia began just after daybreak, and the units completed the mission by about noon. In all, three targeted terrorists and 15 other suspected AIF members were detained. The units also seized a weapon, several hundred rounds of ammunition and one IED triggering device.

This operation between the Iraqi Army and Coalition Forces is another example of the growing competence and capability of the Iraqi Army as they continue to assume more responsibility for Iraq’s security and the safety of its citizens.

Iraqi Army battalion assumes battle space responsibility

TIKRIT, Iraq – The 1st Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Iraqi Army Division is the latest Iraqi unit to gain control of its own battle space.

The unit commander, Brig. Gen. Ali Mullah, accepted the responsibility of protecting the area, south of Mosul, during a transfer of authority ceremony with a unit from the 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team Jan. 28 and said, “The terrorists are taking their last breaths and the end is near…there is no place for them [to hide].”

When asked if his troops could maintain security from Qayyrah to the Mosul-Baghdad highway, Ali said, “My Soldiers and I will ensure that security and stability are maintained.”

The unit’s area, approximately 150 square kilometers, is west of the Tigris River east of the Mosul-Baghdad highway and between the villages of Aitha in the south and Munirah in the north.

The battalion grew out of an Iraqi Civil Defense Corps company and now has more than 800 trained and ready soldiers.

It was certified ready to assume the frontline in the counter-insurgency fight after conducting more than two dozen major, battalion-level missions.

The unit has trained hard and fought harder to earn its right to stand alone. Thirteen of the unit’s soldiers have given their lives in defense of their country.

MNDCS launches new training for Iraqi Police

CAMP ECHO, Iraq – Multi-National Division Central-South and Iraqi Police organized and held two conferences concerning the support for police forces in Diwaniyah and Kut provinces recently. The conference initiated a new training period for Iraqi Police in 2006. This year is being hailed as the Year of the Police.

The conferences were opened by MNDCS commander Maj. Gen. Piotr Czerwinski. Chiefs of Iraqi Police from Diwaniyah and Kut (former Wasit) provinces and MNDCS Police Training Teams participated in the conferences.

Iraqi policemen presented the current state of structures, organization of IP departments, infrastructure conditions and situation in the provinces. They also presented the needs in training and logistics matters. The directions of IP development were also presented and considered.

Participants of the conferences summarized previous periods of training and discussed the directions of this process in 2006. They discussed the main elements of the MNDCS support for Iraqi Police which are training, advising and equipping.

“Our goal is to build credible Iraqi Police structures, capable of independent law enforcement operations and ready to provide a secure environment in provinces,” said Czerwinski.

And on the home front it seems that El Presidenta Blair the grinning buffoon is loosing the War on Crime. Feral animals rule the streets of the UK:timesonline

Posted by PicasaA MAN who told three young men to pick up litter that they had dropped in the street was subjected to a savage beating, a court was told yesterday.

Closed-circuit television pictures of the three attacking Raymond Beattie was shown to the court. The three men could be seen launching a “brutal and sustained” attack on their victim, who was knocked to the ground and then kicked and stamped on.

Bristol Crown Court heard how the men attacked Mr Beattie, 45, in broad daylight in the centre of Bristol. Danny Rich, 20, Craig Martin, 18, and Ricky Vockings, 20, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and were each sentenced to one year in a young offenders’ institute.

Posted by Picasa** So much for Blair getting tough on crime, yet they can find the time to piss about ensuring that cats have their 5 basic rights respected. Wankers the lot of them. As for the sentence that sucks, one year in some glorified holiday camp where they get to learn sod all except how to be better criminals. Neuter the fucktards so they cant pass their dna onto another generation. Still lets hope that when they get free they soon end up back in a real prison this time where they get many restless nights of being the bitch of Big Reg the Daddy of C Block. Fucking savage animals the lot of them. My solutions to crime:
1 sack every bleeding heart social worker - useless cunts the lot of them.
2. Make prisoners serve out the full term - time off for good behaviour is rubbish, if they behaved well they would not be prison vermin in the first place.
3. Make them work for food and board - why should the tax payer pay yet again, also cut the benefits off for their wives and all the sprogs they fire off into the world.
4. If they dont let them starve. No big loss to society.
5. Sack half the so called judges who use phrases like "deprived childhood" when letting vermin go back onto the streets.

Lard Boy Prescott At It Again
John Prescott the pie eating, jag driving cock meister of a deputy PM is meddling with England again. He has plans to abolish the 34 shire counties and 230 district councils and replace them with single tier authorities.

Link to http://thecep.org.uk/news/ and in there words:

There has been an England, and a people who have called themselves the English, continuously since at least 937, when King Alfred's grandsons defeated a Northumbrian coalition, including Danes and Scots, in the battle of Brunanburh. The county or shire - a term now made familiar to hundreds of millions of cinema-goers as the bucolic homeland of the hobbits - is one of the oldest continuous units of territorial self-government in the world. What people call "the law of the land', that is, English common law, was there already when the Normans came, and still survives. From Magna Carta in 1215 to the English revolutions of the 17th century, the human and civil rights - including individual property rights - that would come to be seen as characteristic of "western civ" advanced furthest and fastest in England. The English parliament was the mother of parliaments. These things are true. They distinguish Britain, and especially England, from continental countries shaped by the legacy of Napoleonic administration, devastating wars on their own territory, and successive occupations. It is not a mere chimera that generations of continental Europeans, from Montesquieu to Jean Monnet, and generations of Americans have admired. The legacies of these things live on, in what British people say and do every day.
--- Timothy Garton Ash

The Shire is based on rural England and not any other country in the world. The toponymy of the Shire’ is a parody of that of rural England, in much the same sense are its inhabitants: they go together and are meant to. After all the book is English, and by an Englishman. --- JRR Tolkien

Posted by PicasaThe Counties are more ancient than the language we speak, a thousand years old and often based on far older kingdoms and tribes, going back to the dawn of our history. As the root of that history they are the stable identity needed in a time of change; yet they have been cast aside....[]... the effective destruction of thousand year old Counties is ignored. Ancient cathedrals would not be demolished because they were no longer needed for worship, but the Counties, even older, are considered no more than an "administrative convenience" to be abandoned when new areas are created.
--- Father F Francis

And a link to the story in The Telegraph There is a simple reason to be wary of this move, and that can be summed up in 2 words "John Prescott"

Denmark's largest newspaper, Jyllands-Posten, published twelve cartoons of Islam's Prophet Muhammad as part of a movement to ensure free speech in a secular society. Of course now we have the calls of a boycott and rewards have been offered for the deaths of the artists - no sense of humour some people.

One large dairy company is being specifically targeted: Arla Foods. More on that over at Dhimmi Watch here.

Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen refused to meet with ambassadors from eleven Muslim countries, saying,
“This is a matter of principle. I won’t meet with them because it is so crystal clear what principles Danish democracy is built upon that there is no reason to do so.” He added: “I will never accept that respect for a religious stance leads to the curtailment of criticism, humour and satire in the press.”
Way to go for Mr. Rasmussen - whats the odds some looney tune with a hair up his ass decares a Salman Rushie style Fatwa against him for not caving in. Anyway the Danes need our help.

Simply: Buy Danish. Here's a list of some of the Arla Foods products that Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries are boycotting. You know what to do...

Arla Foods
Rosenborg - Blue cheeses
Denmarks Finest - Havarti (an imported mild and creamy yellow cheese)
Lurpak - Butter
Dofino - Havarti (produced in Wisconsin)
Mediterra - Feta

Arla Foods website is here. They also have posted some media releases and other material about the boycott. (Thanks to Lost Budgie blog and others for the story and links etc...)

One to make you think about the Priorities of New Labour. Norman Baker MP has tabled an early day motion(EDM 1487) - GOOGLE AND CENSORSHIP WITHIN CHINA - 26.01.2006

That this House deplores Google's decision to launch a censored version of its search engine in China; believes this can only encourage China to continue its draconian policy on freedom of expression and democracy; and calls on the Government to make clear to the Chinese authorities its strong concern and doubt about China's commitment to bring democracy and freedom of expression to its people in the light of its continued policy to only allow companies that have signed a censorship agreement to run internet-based businesses within the People's Republic of China.

- And how many MP's have taken the time to sign it? One, yes one and thats Mr Baker himself. So here is an idea, ping a mail or write to your local MP and ask them to sign that motion and to put aside the governments desire for large amounts of trade with China and instead speak up on human rights and censorship.

CONDUCT OF THE HON. MEMBER FOR BETHNAL GREEN AND BOW -12.01.2006

EDM 1362 put forward by Martin Linton

That this House expresses its dismay at the decision of the hon. Member for Bethnal Green and Bow to absent himself from his constituency and from Parliament by appearing on a national reality television programme Celebrity Big Brother; notes that the attempt by The Guardian newspaper to raise an enquiry on behalf of a constituent went unanswered by his office other than by his press adviser who, not surprisingly, could not help the constituent; welcomes the internet protest campaign entitled `Get Back to Work, George' which calculates that his absence has cost the British taxpayer over £1,134; further notes that he has missed a debate on the Crossrail Bill, which will have direct consequences for thousands of his constituents, as well as numerous other debates; and further notes the message on his party's website which, under the title Cultural Events, says, `We must now reach out to people who do not go to political meetings... however, this must be done with the utmost subtlety'.

** Well done that MP, glad to see that Saddams poodle (or is that cat) is going to get his collar felt.

Finally Britain Has Gone Mad. Yes I have tried to defend my nation but fuck it all to hell in a hand basket, the loonies have taken over the asylum.

There is a bill going through that will detail the rights of animals and cats, dogs and other family pets are to have five statutory “freedoms” enshrined in law — and owners who flout the regulations could face jail or a fine of up to £5,000.

Margaret Beckett(her of the executing animals a few years back during the foot & mouth outbreak), the Environment Secretary, is to produce detailed codes of conduct telling pet owners how to feed their animals and where they should go to the toilet, along with ways of providing “mental stimulation”. Owners of “sociable” pets should provide them with playmates, the codes will say.

Link to The Times Online. Now this is the bit I liked: The five freedoms laid down by the Animal Welfare Bill are: appropriate diet, suitable living conditions, companionship or solitude as appropriate, monitoring for abnormal behaviour and protection from pain, suffering, injury and disease. The law will be enforced by “pet police”; council employees with powers to enter property and seize animals. This is a significant shift from the present situation, where prosecutors have to prove a domestic animal is being mistreated.

So more council pen pushers to poke their damn noses into our lives, to enforce regulations however they feel, and yep we will have to pay for it all out of our council tax rises. Check out that last bit, now they dont even need proof to come into your house to check if tiddles the cat is not playing with his or her wool ball enough. Give it time and we will have stress advisors for the pet dog giving evidence in court cases that your pet dog was off his food and feeling suicidal due to not getting walked enough.

Posted by PicasaAnother bit of interest: The Bill applies to all vertebrates, but a code of conduct for invertebrates, such as lobsters, may follow. - Lobsters, hang on we eat lobsters and other invertebrates.

Janet Nunn, chief executive of the Pet Care Trust, said that owners should keep all vets’ bills and other documentation to prove that they were looking after the animal properly. Here we go, now its going to mean even more paperwork for Joe Public. Welcome to Nanny State GB.

Saddam Throws Toys Out Of Pram

Saddam the ex-dictator of Iraq threw a sulk in court and in a display of tanrum and shouting that would shame most young children decided he was not going to play anymore. At least he is getting a trial for his butchery over the last 30+ years, something that Saddam never bothered with when he ran the show in Iraq.

Posted by PicasaSaddam: “We refuse. This is right of the defendant. (Sound goes out). This is my right. I cannot be forced to accept a court-appointed lawyer. ... Let me talk to you according to law, the defendant has the right to a lawyer, and the defendant has the right to attend the court session. If he (the defendant) does not attend, the court has the right to issue a judgment in absentia. That means you cannot force me to stay in the courtroom, because this is a right. I am not asking for more than my rights, and you also have the right to issue a judgment in absentia.”

* After more arguments:

Abdel-Rahman: “The judges’ panel has stated the law. These are practiced judges and know _”

Saddam (interrupting): “Practiced? I have practiced law. For 35 years I administered your rights. Thirty-five years. ... So I know my rights and the rights of others. So, permit me to leave the courtroom.”

* After one of the court-appointed defense lawyers tries to interrupt:

Saddam: “We reject you, and if you remain, then you are evil.”

Adbel-Rahman: “We will not allow you to cross the line with anyone.”

Saddam: “You can’t force me. You can’t force me. This is my right.”

Abdel-Rahman: “I’m not forcing you. But I won’t allow you to cross _”

Saddam (interrupting): “Don’t force me. Don’t force me. This is my right.”

Abdel-Rahman: “I’m implementing the law.”

Saddam: “So that I don’t annoy you and you don’t annoy me.”

Abdel-Rahman: “You’re not annoying me.”

Saddam: “I respect you as an Iraqi. And I will keep respecting you until you give you Iraqi-ness away.”

Abdel-Rahman: “God willing, I’m a sincere Iraqi.”

Saddam: “God willing. So allow me to leave. I cannot tolerate remaining here, at least for this session, until things are resolved properly.”

* After Saddam turns as if to leave, holding a Quran and other papers under his right arm:

Abdel-Rahman: “The court has decided to eject him from the room.”

Saddam: “Don’t say ‘eject.’ An Iraqi respects his elders. For 35 years I led you, and you say, ‘Eject him?’”

Abdel-Rahman: “I am a judge and you are a defendant. And you have violated order in the court. I am implementing the law. The judge implements the law.”

* Arguing back and forth, as Saddam insists he is not being ejected but is leaving.

Saddam: “I spoke to you on the basis of law.”

Abdel-Rahman: “You want to leave? The court ejects you.”

Saddam: “You can’t say that.”

* After further arguing, guards escort Saddam from the room.

** He really hates being interupted and wont take it off anyone, and the judge was not to happy about being interupted either. Loved that bit where Saddam said that he had administered your rights for 35 years. Guess that was the right to vanish in the middle of the night, the right to be tortured, oh and the right to be gassed and not forgetting the right to live in terror 24/7.

ITS IN THE KORAN

** Had this wonderful link sent to me - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEQc2y3BR30 Oh how true it is.

Seems that a sense of humour is lacking in the Islamic world regarding the showing of cartoons of the phropet Mohammed in Danish newspapers. Guys get over it, its a cartoon there are more important things to worry about in the world.

Oh my god the Islamic world is going to boycott Lego, thats it we have lost the War On Terror and will have to pull all troops out of Afganistan and Iraq forthwith, whilst offering to accept ol Osamas truce deal. How can we compete with that? Mind you a coward in Norway has already raised the white flag to Islam....
Foreign Minister, Jonas Gahr StĂžre, sent out this apology for the publication of Those Cartoons, which somehow got leaked to the press.

After all Red Ken has already surrendered to the advance guard of Islam.
London Mayor, Ken "pushing the day of the dhimmitude ever nearer, Allah be praised etc..." Livingstone, has decided to commemorate the first anniversary of the 7 July bombings with "Islam "extording from the free world" Expo", an exhibition about the Muslim religion and its culture, history and art. Although you can be sure little if anything will be said on the oppresion of women, bigotry against the west and other faiths, zenophobia about the outside world and desire to export global jihad.

Original post here: Red ken the terrorists friend What a fucking whitewash, just what the people of the UK need a pr exercise and their noses rubbed in it by the looney left. Europe's biggest exhibition of modern-day Islam will take place in London a year after the 7 July bombings in an effort to depict the religion in a positive light.

Bit late for that dont you think, after all the isolated incidents like 9/11, Madrid, London, Bali, Beslan etc etc. Anyway you can contact the dhimmi Red Ken here and thank him for letting down the memory of the 52 people slaughtered by islamofascist filth in London: mayor@london.gov.uk

Coalition forces wrap up Operation Koa Canyon

FORWARD OPERATING BASE HIT, Iraq – Iraqi Army soldiers and U.S. Marines finished Operation Wadi Aljundi (Koa Canyon) along the Western Euphrates River Valley Jan. 27 after finding and destroying 45 weapons caches and detaining 20 suspected insurgents.

The cordon-and-knock operation began Jan. 15 north of Hit along the Euphrates River in an effort to disrupt insurgent activity and to root out their weapons stores. No Iraqi or Coalition forces were injured during the operation, although the force did uncover several improvised explosive devices along the way.

Iraqi soldiers and Coalition forces worked well together said Lt. Col. Drew Smith, the commanding officer of Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines. Smith said that, as the operation progressed, so did the level of cooperation among the Iraqis and Americans. “The Iraqi Army soldiers were totally integrated with BLT 1/2 Marines. It was a team effort,” said Smith.

Elements of 1st Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 7th Iraqi Infantry Division and Smith’s reinforced infantry battalion along with MEU Service Support Group 22 managed to keep insurgents off balance and unable to tap into their stores of weapons stashed along the Euphrates.

From village to village, the force located and destroyed thousands of discovered artillery shells, mortars rounds and other rockets. Complete mortar systems were found, in addition to the numerous automatic weapons and nearly 11,000 rounds of small and large caliber ammunition. Hundreds of pounds of explosives were also uncovered and destroyed. One of the sites uncovered was a small building that was being used as an IED-making facility. More than 250 IED components and various explosives were found at the shack, which was subsequently destroyed.

The Iraqi Army battalion and 22nd MEU (SOC) are conducting counterinsurgency operations in Al Anbar province under the tactical control of the 2nd Marine Division. For more information about the 22nd MEU (SOC), visit their web site at www.22meu.usmc.mil.

Ok what the fuck is wrong with the UK and the rest of the western world come to think about it.Our leaders seem content to kneel down before the islamics in all things, and even when we do finally put one on trial they pass on Jihad. Take this classic from the on going trial of hate cleric and Capt Hook double Abu Hamza:

Both the prosecution and the defense have decided that Islam plays no animating role in the modern jihadist movement of which Abu Hamza is a part. When the prosecutor describes Abu Hamza's preaching -- "holy war in the cause of Allah" as a "religious obligation" that includes the killing of non-believers -- he is describing the classic jihad ideology that has driven Islamic history; but he attributes it to Abu Hamza's idiosyncratic version of Islam. The defense, meanwhile, takes the same preaching -- "the language of blood and retribution," Mr. Fitzgerald says -- and declares it no different from any other religion's language.
Posted by Picasa
Oh right? No different, so when was the last time you saw some radical christians cutting off some poor fuckers head an it being aired on Al Jazerra? Or sploding themselves in some bar or nightclub full of people of a different faith.

To say that Jihad is not a part of what drives sick fucks like Abu Hamza and Omar "dole scum" Bakri is to deny the core part of their being. Jihad is clearly laid out in the Koran and they take its meaning to be that of total war against the Kafir and anyone not of the muslim faith.

In other words, whether or not Abu Hamza does hard time, jihad gets a pass.

Sinn Fein MPs were specially granted allowances, even though they refused to swear the Oath of Allegiance to the Queen or sit in Parliament. BLOGGER PROBLEMS

** Was using a custom blog template for a while and lo and fucking hold it decided not to allow posting of comments on articles. So I have done a quick change and this time(unlike last time where I had to find half my old links again by scouring the web) managed to save the code for my links to all the cool blogs and sites out there on the interweb. Still at least its up and running and I have got the colour scheme problems fixed from earlier today.

I have gone back to an olde style blog template for now, but will be updating again in the next few days and getting the cool lone voice pic back that Rottweiller Pup did for me(cheers again for that)- need to have some time off for beer and other essentials first though!

Finally cleaned up the links as well so they are all neatly laid out, still got some more to do but again beer and other more inportant stuff await.

Comments will go on now, any problems i can be e-mailed at the usual address. Be good to get some comments again, even if it from looney new age, starbuck drinking, guardian reading, bbc viewing, tree hugging, rampant lefty friends of the islamoloons

Cheers one and all

This event marks the first time a meeting of this caliber was organized since the Warhorse brigade assumed responsibility of the area earlier this month.

“Our main mission is to help the Iraqi army and police establish security in the Babil province,” said Tully, in his opening statement to the forum.

The central and southern parts of the province have seen steady progress over the past three years, and the desire is that the north can soon catch up with the rest of the province, said Sheik Taha Al Janabi. The security there is still in question and it’s anticipated that the pressure being put on terrorists by 2nd BCT Soldiers will result in stability in the area.

Most of the sheiks spoke about the security and how it was important to continue to strive for a good life in Iraq, said Chief Warrant Officer Desi Roberts, information officer, 2nd BCT. Several of them discussed the need for water and road projects and school refurbishment in their tribal area.

With security comes stability, and with stability come investments, projects and jobs, Tully said. He asked the leaders, who have great influence with their villagers, to tell people to stop attacking Coalition and Iraqi Security Forces so stability can materialize.

“Iraqis have accomplished much in the past year and have much to be proud of,” he said. “Every day, more and more Iraqis want to be part of the new government.”

Democracy was a success when we had it in the 1940s, and it was a good era in Iraq history, said Sheik Kader Abass Shided. The spate of elections in 2005 renews hope that those times are on the horizon.

Both Tully and Qais explained to the sheiks how to contact the appropriate people to discuss any problems or issues they may have. Qais set a time when sheiks could come to his office and voice concerns, and Tully talked about bases and battalion leaders in the region available to offer assistance to anyone who needs it.

The group agreed to continue these meetings in the future in order to help move nation and its people in a positive direction.

IED discovered after tip

TIKRIT, Iraq – A tip about men digging on a roadside berm enabled Task Force Band of Brothers Soldiers to find and safely destroy an IED near Samarra Jan. 26.

Soldiers from the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division investigated the report and discovered two large artillery rounds placed in the berm.

The IED was placed along a secondary road rarely used by Coalition Forces.

Most terrorist attacks in the Samarra region result in death or injury to civilians. Tips from local residents have helped Iraqi and coalition forces stop dozens of attacks in the area.

Residents can report information to their local Joint Coordination Cell or directly to security forces. Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for an award based on the information they provide.

Weapons caches seized

TIKRIT, Iraq – Iraqi and U.S. troops discovered three small weapons caches in the Nineveh Province Jan. 26.

Soldiers from the 2nd Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army discovered the first cache while patrolling with U.S. Soldiers from the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment in Tall Afar.

The cache consisted of 10 rocket-propelled grenade warheads, 10 mortar rounds, nine large artillery shells and three mortar tubes. The cache was destroyed by an explosive ordnance disposal team.

Another Iraqi unit found two caches and detained one local man while patrolling in the village of Khwain, south of Mosul. The 3rd Brigade, 2nd Iraqi Army Division Soldiers seized several hundred rounds of small arms ammunition, a light machine gun, several hand grenades, a mortar sight and a pistol.

Migration, problem what problem?

Figures out show that the non white population in the UK rose by half a million (that the govt knows that is) between 2001-2003 - a rise from 6.6 to 7.1% of the population.

Strangely enough the govt doesnt have figures for the extra costs on the working population or costs in relation to benefits or the extra strain on the NHS. Of course should the govt start looking into the strains hoards of illegal/semi legal migrants put on the services they will be tarred with the rascist tag.

Classic quote of the day: Over in the Commons, they can't wait. The Labour MP Steve Pound promised: "He'll have a saucer of milk waiting for him. And a litter tray."- referring to Mr Tiddles - aka George Galloway.

The Morals of New Labour: article found at http://europhobia.blogspot.com/

You can tell where New Labour has its priorities an Early Day Motion congratulating the Parliamentary Labour Party on its centenary, tabled by Ann Clwydd yesterday and it was already signed by 147 other MPs by 10am the next day. Link EDM 1496

Another Early Day Motion calling for increased government funding for children's hospices to enable them to die with some kind of dignity, tabled by Bob Spink yesterday and - despite apparently having been inspired by a campaign by The Sun - signed thus far by only 2 other MPs. - EDM 1500 Hurrah for our elected officials having their hearts in the right place. Total cunts to a man, well except for the 2 who signed the other motion.

**If anyone from Newport reads this then Jessica Morden our political lightweight all wimmin selected Nu Labour clone that never rebels against the govt and who is rarely seen in the hallowed house has signed EDM 1496, but not EDM 1500. Paul Flynn the shifty bearded libelist - whos picture is on the sidebar and lacks the honour to resign after losing a libel case - he has not signed either EDM.

Iran blocks BBC's Persian language site. Guess that shows that no matter how left wing and trendy you are, no matter how much you support islam, no matter how much you refer to terrorist untermenchen as insurgents fighting the "occupation of Iraq", no matter how much you howl in moral outrage at the US blasting gun toting islamonazis off to meet Allah, no matter how much fluff and lefty spin you put on it....They still hate you for being a kafir and want us all wiped off the map..Iran closes down access to El Beeb.

Silly story of PC madhats in the UK. Firefighters have beeen told not to use new chairs until they have read a 4 page manual issued at the request of a union health and safety representative.

The manual includes a warning that states: "Only personnel who have been instructed in the use of the Calcot reclining chair are allowed to use them." - It gets better - he service said that staff would not be "trained" in how to use them - but admitted there was a ban in place until staff had read the instructions. How do I use that chair again?

Sir Ian Blair has lost the plot, saw him on El Beeb whittering on about "institutional racism" in the police. Oh and guess who El Beeb dragged up from under a rock but the gutless rascist slug Lee "white buckra to blame for de poor status of de black folks" Jasper.

This white hater who is a senior advisor to Red Ken (mayor of London and terrorist supporter) on race relations. Well the whole section was Jasper banging on about oppression of blacks, rascist police, rascist this etc etc. This from a man who made his living playing the race card in the UK, feeding off of white liberals guilt trips. Jasper you are a talentless rascist cunt of the first order and I am sure you would be happier living in Zimbabwe with ol Bob Mugabe where you could both grow old dreaming up ways of oppressing white folks.

No week would be complete without a bit on lard arse John Prescott our countrys Deputy PM and total gobshyte, and so here is a bit on his Pathfinder scheme. This is where 168 million has been spent so far on consultants and looks likely to cost the taxpayer over 1.2 billion(although as that is a govt figure you can bet it will end up costing more).

  • "Perfectly decent historic houses are being condemned on the basis of ten minute external surveys in a blatant abuse of the powers granted under the Housing Act. Householders are being forced out of their beloved homes following minimal and often misinformed consultations...It is the return of the clean sweep, the mass clearances of the fifties and sixties from which we all assumed the lessons had been learned - the buildings are not the cause of the problems."

The article is here at the Tax Payers Alliance: Prescott now wants to buy your home on the cheap. And theres more at Save Britains Heritage:link here.

More waste from the New Labour lovies sipping bottled water at the tax payers expense: Govt pouring our money away on water for the hoards of pen pushers. The Home Office was the worst offender, spending £46,665.34 on bottled water in 2004-05, although the Treasury was unable to separate mineral water from the cost of "teas, coffees and biscuits" which totalled £200,344."

Lastly this man is a knob

The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said: ‘The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him...’- blah blah blah.

Sufficient Troop Strength in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq – An Associated Press story earlier today incorrectly reported that General George W. Casey, Multi-National Force Iraq commanding general, implied American forces in Iraq are “stretched.”

During an interview in Diwaniyah, Iraq, General Casey was asked about the current operational tempo and if insurgents could possibly “outlast” the U.S. Army in Iraq.

Having talked to the Chief of Staff of the Army only yesterday about overall troop strength and operational tempo, General Casey replied that the Army could sustain this effort for a long time. Additionally, General Casey pointed out that while U.S. forces are stretched overall, the Army is going through a modernization strategy that will produce more units and ready units. General Casey was speaking about Army forces in general, and not specifically about forces in Iraq.

The Associated Press was contacted about the error and has agreed to correct the story.

Iraqi security forces take control of MNDCS battlespace

CAMP ECHO, Iraq – Iraqi security forces took control of security of Diwaniya and Wasit provinces from Multinational Division Central South Jan. 26.

Battlespace assumption documents were signed by Lt. Gen. Peter Chiarelli, Multinational Corps - Iraq commander, Lt. Gen. Quadir, Iraqi Land Forces commander, Maj. Gen. Piotr Czerwinski, MNDCS commander, Maj. Gen. Othman Ali Ferhood, 8th Iraqi Army Division commander, the governors of Diwaniyah and Wasit prowinces, chiefs of police and Iraqi Border Police.

Ryszard Krystosik, ambassador of Poland, Gen. George Casey, Multinational Force – Iraq commander, and Gen. Nazir, deputy Chief of Iraqi Army General Staff, as well as local sheiks and administration representatives were also in attendance.

During the ceremony, Casey underlined that battlespace assumption was the demonstration of growing capabilities of Iraqi security forces. He thanked the MNDCS commander for the results achieved in training process.

“People of Diwaniyah and Wasit provinces can be proud of Iraqi Army units,” said Czerwinski.

MNDCS in cooperation with Iraqi security forces started building the combat power of Iraq at the beginning of 2005. MNDCS Military Transition Teams conducted intensive training created by Polish, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Salvadorian and U.S. instructors. They focused their efforts in training the units of the 8th Iraqi Army Division and Iraqi Border Police.

As a part of the training, Iraqi soldiers took part in numerous counterinsurgency operations shoulder to shoulder with MNDCS troops. Their knowledge and experience was gained in combat.

In September 2005, as a result of the training process and good cooperation, MNDCS certified six 8th IA Div’s battalions operating in Babil, Diwaniyah and Kut (former Wasit) provinces.

The next step was certification on the brigade level in November 2005 when the staffs of two Iraqi brigades (3rd Brigade in Kut and 2nd Brigade in Babil provinces) were certified by MNDCS. As a result of the certification, these brigade’s staffs took over command of their battalions.

On December 20, 2005, training of the division level concluded and the 8th Iraqi Army Division’s staff was certified.

During the same time period, MNDCS trained Iraqi Border Police (Kut province) and cooperated and supported the Iraqi Police Service.

In total, MNDCS trained more than 20,000 Iraqi soldiers and policemen.

Suspects captured throughout northern Iraq

TIKRIT, Iraq -- Iraqi security forces and Task Force Band of Brothers Soldiers detained 51 suspected terrorists during a series of unrelated actions throughout northern Iraq Jan. 24.

In the largest action of the day, Iraqi troops from the 2nd Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division planned and conducted a large early morning raid in three villages outside of Baqubah. The unit detained 19 suspects, including eight known to have strong ties to terrorists in the area.

In the Bayji area, Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division’s 3rd Brigade Combat Team continued to make progress against terrorists that have plagued the area. Ten known or suspected terrorists were captured in and around the city.

Tips from Bayji area residents generated a series of early-morning searches south of the city which led to the capture of four men closely tied to a terrorist ring responsible for committing murders and beheadings in the area. A fifth man was killed after firing a pistol at the Soldiers searching his home.

In another positive development, a local tribal leader brought three suspected members of an IED cell from the Bayji area to a coalition base and turned them in to coalition forces.

Soldiers from the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment also had a good day taking terrorists off the streets in Tall Afar and the nearby city of Bi’aj.

Working with Iraqi troops from the 2nd Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division, the unit discovered two caches of weapons and stolen Iraqi Army uniforms and captured 12 suspects.

The troops began their mission working from one tip and with each turn of events, another tip surfaced that carried the Soldiers to two separate caches and 12 individuals.

The citizens of northern Iraq continue to build confidence in the security forces protecting the newly established democracy, as the Iraqi Soldiers grow into a mature, capable force, directly responsible for safeguarding the rights and lives of the people of Iraq.

Seems that the Iraqi people are getting a tad upset with the terrorists killing them and have been turning them into allied forces:

Good article at the Biased BBC site on their news coverage, or should that be selective news coverage. http://www.biased-bbc.blogspot.com/ with regard to the young rape victim who was sentenced to death by an Iranian court.

The BBC has a letter reproduced on the Biased BBC site that shows there excuses for non coverage. Ah yes what wonderfull value for money the BBC is, well it would be if we were not taxed in order to fund it.

Also it has come to light that the BBC has been buying up domain names at a rate of knots, so here are a few I think they have to buy: www.overratedtvchannel.com, www.leftywanknews.com, www.repeatedtv.com, www.digitalbbcnobodyisviewing.com

Here we can see the new Govt. of Palestine ready to sit down and resolve the middle east crisis over a nice cup of tea with the Govt of Israel. Former Hamas terrorist scum, sorry "freedom fighters" who bravely self detonate themselves in cafes and bars in Israel are now running the show.

Although hang on a moment, whats that the education minister is holding in his hand? Looks like some sort of "peace offering" he has got ready to throw, er give to his opposite number.

Finally had to do a bit on Mr Tiddles aka George Galloway, seems he has been firing off strange comments again. One I noticed was this, him saying that he made allowances for the US basketball star Dennis Rodman's lewd behaviour because he was "an inarticulate black American". So there we have it. Mr Tiddles can fire off remarks like that as he is an educated white man according to his logic? Lets just hope that the inarticulate black American Dennis Rodman gets annoyed by that and kicks the shit out of Galloway. Now that would be tv worth watching. Link to the lefty Guardian rag where I found the story about Mr Tiddles
(Also gave me the excuse of posting that picture of him again.)

Right I have covered a few bits today, another addition to the blogs on the sidebar: Burning Our Money link here. This blog shows the massive waste of our Govt, and the fact that its ignored time after time in favour of more money through taxes to fund yet more waste. Another link http://www.wonkosworld.co.uk/blog/blogger.html rather good stuff. I have also been meaning to add the Free Speech On Trial Blog, this covers the political show trial against the BNP members here in the UK. Finally a cheap jibe at the Lib Dems for no reason what so ever:

Q. What do Charles Kennedy and Mark Oaten have in common?

A. They both liked to spend their evenings getting shit-faced.
