By God, the new fuckwit from Labour that whitters on about green shoots of recovery I am going to call outside and beat the shit out of to stop them spouting it.

Gordon's problem is he thinks that the way to resolve the rapidly deepening economic crisis is via 'stimulus packages' with magic money plucked off the magic printing press.

With the ultimate of getting the banks to lend again and rebuild the very credit bubble and circumstances that landed us in the shit in the first place.

Like holding an alcoholics meeting in the local pub, you get full attendance but they all end up dead.

Who cares about sad loser companies going to the wall ? Tesco just opened another Metro store and Aldi are recruiting for their new store too ( as are at least a dozen other local employers, proper jobs, not the rubbish that end up in the local Jobcentre Plus alongside the prostitutes ).
