Equity want to pay the talentless.

The union Equity has decided to have a go at talent shows, like Shit-Factor, for 'exploiting' the mostly talentless cuntmonkeys because they are not paid.

Well the winner is paid, however that is after weeks of inflicting their cuntitude on the masses and thankfully they are forgotten in about 30 seconds after that.

Well what Equity need to realise, is that it is a job interview. True a broadcast to the masses interview that advertises itself on telly for what feels like an eternity, but an interview none the less.

Everyone knows this, the talentless gurning plebs who are turned away due to lack of any talent also know this, so why pay them for turning up?

After all no one pays them to sign on every fortnight at the local jobcentre.
