Sandwell Council leader Bill Thomas, charged with theft.
From Conservativehome and also on BBC Pravda.Cllr Bill Thomas has resigned as leader of Labour controlled Sandwell Council after being charged by the police with theft of a cheque. He will appear at Sutton Coldfield Magistrates on October 30.

I bet that total, union parasite cunt Bob Piper tries to defend him.
Nothing on his blog as yet, strange that as I am sure he would have been talking about in great depth had it been a member of another party.
Still no doubt he will claim its all a mistake, a stitch up or someone elses fault.
I found a comment from Big Bill Thomas on his recently straightened circumstances. I can't be sure it's totally factual in the accurate sense but it seems pretty convincing to me anyway.
