PC Diederik Coetzee, nicknamed Robocop, has made 309 arrests this year on the Ladybrook estate, Mansfield.
But staff at the Sherwood Street Day Centre claimed vulnerable people were staying away from the area because they were frightened of being seized. Easy answer to that, they should not break the law and then they would not get arrested.

Nottinghamshire Police is rated as one of the worst performers among the 43 in England and Wales.
A previous government report branded it "too passive
**While the average British police officer only makes 9.5 collars a year former South African cop PC Diederik Coetzee has already smashed the British police record of 305 this year! So there we have it, even the police top brass have given up and in order to cover up the piss poor rate of 9.5 collars for the average cop, they now want him to cut back down to that level.
Criminals need to be punished by the full force of the law, not treated with kid gloves by politically correct senior cops with an eye on promotion and their pension plans.
