In 1999 a report entitled The Color of Crime was released in America to stunned press silence. For the first time in modern America an independent research group had investigated crime and criminality in America to discover the links between offending and racial origin. Until this report not one major investigation had been undertaken to investigate the true nature of crime in America, as all previous reports had steered clear of race for politically correct reasons. Even though the link between race and crime had become the explicit ideological basis of the entire Liberal social establishments attempt to re-engineer American and European society since the 1960's on the basis that ' Racism and Poverty not racial origins = Criminality ', and therefore assuming an unspoken but direct link between race and crime, though only ever on the grounds of poverty, the fact is that not one major research paper had ever before the Color of Crime actually investigated the true figures and rates of criminality, racial violence and offending rates on the basis of a racial breakdown of the actual crime figures themselves. Disturbing figures The figures, some of which are released below, are truly disturbing. It shows that the entire, mainly white, middle and upper class and left wing liberal establishment have sought to hide the fact that hundreds of thousands of innocent white, mainly poor or working class people, are suffering murder and violence in America in what can only be called a shocking 'Racial Crime wave'. Whilst the Liberal Media and the intellectual establishment seek to obfuscate the facts of this racial crime wave against whites in America through the creation of ever more tendentious and bogus ideological phantoms such as ' Institutional Racism ' or poverty , the fact is that the streets of America are running red with the blood of innocent white people who are having to bear the true bloody burden of the failed 'Multi-Cultural and Multi-Racial' experiment. As usual it is the white American working class who are having to bear this crime wave and the white, middle and upper class , liberal establishment are the ones who have created and sustained the momentum of the Multi-Cultural and Multi-Racial social experiment. Whilst the Ivory Tower liberals hide in their mansions and private gated estates, the poor white people of America are filling the graveyards of America. Census statistics In 1999, according to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, 33.1 percent of black children lived in poverty compared with 13.5 percent of white children. As the number of whites in America is 230-million and African Americans are 36-million, whilst 37 million of the U.S. population are of Hispanic origin ( details of population numbers can be found at the US Census site ) this shows that actual numbers of poor white people living in poverty, as opposed to meaningless percentage numbers in relation to groups such as blacks, is actually much vaster than the actual number of blacks living in poverty. Therefore the actual crime figures in America should always have a vastly higher white majority and a smaller black minority as the actual number of poor whites is vastly higher as a ratio of the overall population than poor blacks. That though is not what the crime figures reveal. Factors But though the White Liberal elite constantly state that racism is the major factor in the cause of black crime, reports by groups such as the < href="http://www.heritage.org/Research/Welfare/CDA01-04.cfm">www.heritage.org/Research/Welfare/CDA01-04.cfm/ Heritage Foundation prove that it is welfare dependency and single parenthood, not racism, that are the main drivers of child poverty. Key factors • The major underlying factors producing child poverty in the United States are welfare dependence and single parenthood. • Race per se is not a factor in producing child poverty; race alone does not directly increase or decrease the probability that a child will be poor. • When a black child is compared with a white child raised in identical circumstances, both children will have the same probability of living in poverty. • Similarly, when whites with high levels of single parenthood and welfare dependence (matching those typical in the black community) are compared to blacks, the poverty rates for both groups are nearly identical. • Black American children are more likely to live in poverty than are white children, primarily because black children are far more likely to live in single-parent families and to be on welfare. Black and white Americans differ dramatically in marriage patterns and welfare dependence. In 1999, 68.8 percent of black American children were born out of wedlock. By contrast, the out-of-wedlock birth rate for white Americans was 26.7 percent. Similarly, black children were five times more likely to be dependent on welfare from the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program than white children. Since single parenthood and welfare dependence are the primary factors producing child poverty in the United States, any meaningful strategy to reduce the disparities in black and white child poverty must focus on increasing marriage and reducing welfare dependence among blacks. Therefore the whole foundation of the liberal ideology that black crime in America is caused by racism is false. Media silence As is usual not one major media outlet publicised the report. As stated on the VDARE site the author of the investigation, Jared Taylor, stated " the Associated Press, Time, CBS Evening News, National Public Radio, Knight-Ridder, and the Washington Times wanted copies. A dozen other media organizations, including the Washington Post, attended the press conference with which we launched the report. At the same time, we arranged to have copies delivered to more than 450 news organizations with offices in the Washington, DC area. The result: complete silence—with one exception. The Washington Times ran a substantial story on the report, in which it interviewed several prominent criminologists who confirmed the accuracy of our numbers but said they were too “inflammatory” to be discussed publicly. The writer Jared Taylor was a recent visitor to London where he spoke at the prestigious Right Now magazine Conference which was hosted by Derek Turner and where Christopher Gill the former conservative MP and founder of the Freedom Association, Roger Ison and Laura Midgley of the Campaign against Political Correctness, John Papworth the priest and editor of Fourth World review, Ashley Mote the independent MEP for the South of England and Margaret Thatcher’s former adviser Professor Alice Coleman also spoke. It is our pleasure to announce that the 1999 report has now been updated and on the 13th September 2005 the latest report was released for sale. Some of its findings include facts such as; • Police and the justice system are not biased against minorities. Crime Rates • Blacks in America are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery. • When blacks in America commit crimes of violence, they are nearly three times more likely than non-blacks to use a gun, and more than twice as likely to use a knife. • Hispanics in America commit violent crimes at roughly three times the white rate, and Asians commit violent crimes at about one quarter the white rate. • The single best indicator of violent crime levels in an area of America is the percentage of the population that is black and Hispanic. Interracial Crime • Of the nearly 770,000 violent interracial crimes in America committed every year involving blacks and whites, blacks commit 85 percent and whites commit 15 percent. • American Blacks commit more violent crime against whites than against blacks. Forty-five percent of their victims are white, 43 percent are black, and 10 percent are Hispanic. When whites commit violent crime, only three percent of their victims are black. • American Blacks are an estimated 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against a white than vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit robbery. • American Blacks are 2.25 times more likely to commit officially-designated hate crimes against whites than vice versa. Gangs • Only 10 percent of youth gang members are white. • Hispanics are 19 times more likely than whites to be members of youth gangs. Blacks are 15 times more likely, and Asians are nine times more likely. Incarceration • Between 1980 and 2003 the US incarceration rate more than tripled, from 139 to 482 per 100,000, and the number of prisoners increased from 320,000 to 1.39 million. • Blacks are seven times more likely to be in prison than whites. Hispanics are three times more likely.
