The bit posted below has a few links to the CAMRA site.
Are you disappointed with the decision by the Chancellor, Gordon "cyclops" Brown MP, to increase duty on beer while freezing duty on champagne? Not that it was a suprise really as few on the Labour side of the house drink beer, although many of them claim to drink it so as to pass themselves off as a "man of the people". You know the sort of thing, keeping in touch with the plebs. Those Labour MP's that I have seen with a drink in hand tend to favour spirits and of course champagne...
Such high duty costs increase the risk that people will no longer visit the pub as frequently, therefore putting the viability of community pubs at risk and threatening the livelihood of hard-working licensees. This will lead to fall in the traditional local and more domination by the large corporate chains.

If so, you can use CAMRA's new beer tax campaign website to email the Chancellor your views. Even a small increase in beer duty, such as a penny, is likely to result in a rise of up to 10 pence a pint in the pub! link to mail the one eye'd gobshyte that we have as chancellor
