Of course the parent company of Yes Moans is Crossit Target Marketing whose registered office is.....yes you've guessed it -
CRADOC HOUSE
HEOL Y LLYFRAU,
ABERKENFIG
BRIDGEND CF32 9PL
And guess what? Their accounts are overdue as well!
Nature of Business (SIC(03)):
7413 - Market research, opinion polling
Accounting Reference Date: 31/01
Last Accounts Made Up To: 31/01/2005 (SMALL)
Next Accounts Due: 30/11/2006 OVERDUE
Last Return Made Up To: 09/01/2006
Next Return Due: 06/02/2007
From the CTM website:
" CTM can clean, suppress and enhance your data using one of the most powerful and accurate suppression databases in the UK. CTM can help to:
Save you money and time
Reduce wastage
Comply with legislation
Prevent unwanted complaints
Minimise possible distress and offence"
I like the bit about complying with legislation - they can't even comply with the Companies Act! Company logo from their website
http://www.crossit.co.uk/index.php is "we've got our eye on everyone" Which is reasuring that an old convicted fraudster like Wilmot Chorlton is in charge of data on a lot of people. You may wonder where they get this information from. Well it's another company called
MONEY WORRIES LIMITED http://www.moneyworries.co.uk/whose registered office is of course
CRADOC HOUSE
HEOL Y LLYFRAU
ABERKENFIG
BRIDGEND CF32 9PL
Company No. 04440698
If you ask for the free credit score with Moneyworries your details will be passed over to Yes Moans who will try and sell you a loan, well get you to pay the up front fee and then forget about the loan!
Don't forget to read their Terms & Conditions
"3 You acknowledge that a credit score from us is not the same as the report you would receive if you exercised your statutory right to obtain a full copy of your credit file from any credit reference agency. As such, any information we provide should not be taken as an indication of your credit worthiness with any particular granter of credit as we do not warrant it as
being such."
So basically a credit score from Moneyworries is worthless, well apart from your personnal details going into the Yes Moans system and you getting a call from one of their advisers who will lie that they are from Moneyworries and then transfer you across the room to a colleague in Yes Moans.
For once the accounts are not overdue but the company is listed as "dormant"
Company Type: Private Limited Company
Nature of Business (SIC(03)):
7499 - Non-trading company
Accounting Reference Date: 31/05
Last Accounts Made Up To: 31/05/2005 (DORMANT)
Next Accounts Due: 31/03/2007
Last Return Made Up To: 16/05/2006
Next Return Due: 13/06/2007
Odd that a trading credit refernce agency is seen as 'dormant'.
Nearly forgot to mention another CTM company, Blue Sky Finance
http://www.blueskyfinance.co.uk/contact.php
Basically Yes Moans but offering secured loans, well they don't - again they are just a broker so you pays your up front fee and then have to reapply to another company!

Think I'll give them a ring on 0845 6013546, if I ever find a disqualified director running a company - Oh Wilmot is that you? Or we could do it online at
