The State of Britain Today

The following is from the BNP site(I had the details forwarded to me and so I have published this in order that more people see what is happening here in the UK), links etc are posted below.

Hi, I make no apology to anyone for posting this update to the appalling story of the police abuse of an ex-serviceman suffering from PTSD. The story is from the BNP news site - where else? Nobody else (politically) seems to care. Anyone know differently?

I sincerely hope that, whatever your political views, you will (if at all possible) be able to turn out in Windsor to show support and gratitude for the sacrifices (of mind and body) of all of our servicemen on the 20th December.

A really large turnout would give tremendous support not just to this poor broken man, but also to all of those still putting their well being on the line - for us.

Let them see that we the people care what happens to them. This sad case gives perfect opportunity, just before Christmas, to let our service men & women know we are with them

Update on Windsor ex-serviceman.

South-East England Regional Organiser reports.

This is an update of the story published on 18th November.
I would like to thank those of you from all over the world who sent messages of support.

You will remember the dreadful situation described, where a man of 44, having spent 24 years in the Army and broken by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) has been charged with an offence under the anti-free speech Race Laws – laws implemented specifically for the purpose of intimidating the indigenous population into silence as the politicians destroy our country and culture.

The sole reason for the three week delay in reporting further news is that the ex-soldier concerned was so disturbed and upset by what was happening that he took himself off to a friend without telling anyone where he was going.

There is so much more come to light that it is difficult to know where to start, suffice to say that our election broadcast featuring, "Sergeant Fox" was extremely prescient. This soldier, and I will call him "John", was a Lance Corporal in the Irish Guards and, as already described, is a veteran of 4 tours to Northern Ireland, one to Kosovo and one to the Gulf.

He is now suffering from drink problems brought on by his PTSD and is in dire financial straights - as his pension has been drastically reduced by the Veterans Agency. He is unable to work, yet he is only on 30% disability pension - as the Veterans Agency claim that his condition is exacerbated by Alcohol Abuse Disorder!

This cannot be so as he still has his pride. His house is clean and tidy and he has his regimental memorabilia proudly displayed on his living room walls.

"John" simply cannot cope because of his PTSD and none of the agencies are helping him.

Witness statements examined by BNP.

In respect of the offence with which he has been charged it is an absolute outrage. I have read all the witness statements concerning this case and there is simply no case to answer.

In my opinion the arresting officer leaves much to be desired as a police officer, and his behaviour is suggestive of one trying to ingratiate himself with his senior officers (in the same way as senior police officers are known to do in respect of Labour’s Home Office). This is quite apparent from the statement of the other policeman present when the arrest was made and the two policemen who transported "John" to Maidenhead Police Station.

The ex-soldier’s route home, from the pub were he had been drinking, took him past the Medina Daries – soon to become the Medina mosque. It was well past midnight, yet there was still an alleged reporter hanging around outside the building. This reporter, who is said to be Asian, was talking to a group of youths when John staggered past. He simply raised his arm and according to a statement allegedly shouted ”f*** off” to the reporter. "John" denies this,as he does the second part of the allegation - when, having given his pass to the arresting police officer, this officer would not return it, for which John is alleged, according to a statement, to have called him an "arsehole" - at which point he was arrested.

It would also appear to be an offence to refer to Asians as, "those people" as this is alleged in both statements by the police officers transporting "John" to Maidenhead.

Likewise, "John" also allegedly said in a statement that: ”I`ve been in the Army, I was in Iraq and Afganistan - those people are killing our blokes out there. They should not be in our country".

The “mysterious Asian Reporter”.

The strange thing is that the "Asian reporter", is only mentioned once, is not named nor has he made any complaint! How did the police know he was a reporter and who is he exactly? Also, it was well after midnight and the disturbances had taken place several days earlier, so why was he there?

What is more is it should be remembered that it was the assault on "Johns" estranged wife and daughter, by a large group of shaven headed Asians thugs, wielding baseball bats, metal piping and a pitchfork – that sparked off the trouble! An assault, incidentally, that the local police could hardly be accused of “busting a gut” over in terms of identifying – far less arresting – the perpetrators! Presumably, to do so would not be good for community relations!

All are agreed that John was the worse for drink, but none say he was abusive or violent! He is, after all, a veteran soldier, suffering from a long term illness arising out of his long and loyal service to our country; a justifiably angry man voicing an opinion! Yet he has been charged under section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 and section 31 (1) (c) and (5) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. The CCJS Offence Code is CD98050.

Perhaps I am being cynical but there appears to be more questions than answers to this case.

Support requested.

John is pleading “Not Guilty” to the charges and is due to appear at East Berks Magistrates Court, in Bracknell, on 20th Dec 2006 at 9.45am. for a "Pre Trial Review Hearing"
