Here we go again: Welcome mat laid out for Somali jihadists

Four Britons detained in Somalia on terrorism charges have been been returned to the UK today, but could be back on the streets within hours.

The Metropolitan Police have nine hours to detain the four men before they are arrested or released under the Terrorism Act.

** Well of course they will be out, you can bet a chain of bottom feeding lawyers is already on the case for lots of free money from the infidel tax payer, oh and of course back dated benefits whilst they were away "working" in Somalia.

The men flew from Nairobi in Kenya and landed at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire at 6.50am today, where they were detained under the Port and Border Controls of the Terrorism Act 2000, a police spokeswoman said.

The four men were originally detained by the Kenyan authorities on the Somalian border on January 20. No British consular access was granted.

They were deported to Somalia on February 10 and negotiations began between Foreign Office officials, the Kenyan and Somalian authorities. It was agreed that the men should be returned to the UK and their journey was arranged by the Foreign Office.

** Why in the name of god? They chose to go, they chose to pick up a gun, just a real shame that they did not catch a bullet whilst out there. Its a real shame that we could not have encouraged the Kenyans to have put them down with a quick bullet to the head. Still have to respect the rights of Somali jihadist scum.

Yesterday, consular staff from Nairobi travelled to Baidoa in Somalia and accompanied the men back to Kenya.

They were flown out almost immediately and arrived in the UK this morning. A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: "At approximately 6.50am today four men were detained under Ports and Borders Controls following their arrival at RAF Brize Norton.

"The men, all in their 20s and from the London area, were taken to a west London police station where they are currently detained. They have not been arrested."

** Now I wonder if they were found cowering hidden away behind the covers of a womans burka? Hell most likely the full hijab. Not the first time a Somali has legged it across nations whilst dressed as a woman! Can anyone clarify what Mohammed said about crossdressing?

Seems that Somalis like the concept of jihad, its just the dying bit that they are not so hot on. Mind you well done the Ethiopeans and Kenyans, oh and superior US airpower for sending many of them off to their god. Still they have to live with the shame now of having surrendered to kuffir rather than dying in the jihad.

Maybe a few white feathers should be given to them?

The spokeswoman said the men were detained by the Kenyan authorities after crossing the border from Somalia.

Somalia is currently in the grip of a violent power struggle between Islamic extremists and government forces, who are backed by Ethiopian troops.

Last month, there were reports Britons had been fighting alongside the Islamic forces with some killed, injured or captured in the fighting. Somalia's deputy prime minister also claimed some financial support for the Islamic militant movement in his country was coming from the UK.

Que lots of hand wringing, demands for compo and bleating about their rights. Then of course will come the inevitable book deal. Shame we cant sent them right on back for some real justice.
