Richard Brunstrom who is joking known as the traffic taliban due to his hard line on speeding motorists, this despite the fact that crime is on the increase in his area has mad another classic fuck up.
His latest plan for controling the evils of motorists is the use of photos of a man killed in a traffic accident:

A chief constable displayed "a lack of decency and a lack of respect" by using photographs of a decapitated biker to back up his anti-speeding policy, his former deputy said.
A complete lack of morality to boot. The scathing attack by Bill Brereton on North Wales Police Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom's behaviour adds to the mounting pressure on him to quit.
Makes you wonder exactly how they pick these Chief Constables?
Mr Brunstrom showed images of 40-year-old Mark Gibney, who died in 2003, to journalists on Thursday, without the family's knowledge. One showed Mr Gibney's head, still in its helmet, on a grass verge. The other showed his headless torso.
The man really has lost the plot.
"I have very serious concerns about the use of this material," Mr Brereton told the North Wales Daily Post. "I think using such photographs without the consent or even, as I understand it, informing the families, shows a lack of judgment, a lack of respect for the dead, and a lack of common decency."
Lets hope they sue the traffic taliban.
Mr Brereton, who had an acrimonious working relationship with Mr Brunstrom before he left in 2004, lost his 20-year-old daughter Jenny in a motorbike accident in 2001.
He said the parading of Mr Gibney's dead body must have been "horrible" for his family.
"If you have lost a loved-one in a horrible, hugely traumatic circumstance, you wouldn't want other people to look at that," he said. "However they are coming to terms with their grief, this can't have helped them."
Had the man any decency he would have already resigned, as he has not then he should be thrown out of the force.
Mr Gibney, of Liverpool, was not named when the photos were shown but details of his distinctive T-shirt, which bore an anti-police message, were given. The T-shirt received widespread publicity during Mr Gibney's inquest, and effectively identified him to the audience.
The force did not release the pictures for publication, and banned filming and photography when they were shown during the meeting.
Total bastard, nothing else but.
Mr Brunstrom said they were shown to give journalists the context of his campaign against speeding motorists. "The images are there to make a visual impact," he said.
Lets just hope that Brunstrom or someone he loves and care about also dies in a traffic accident so pictures of their mangled corpse can be shown for "visual impact. Of course this is the problem with pricks like Police Chief Constable Brunstrom is that they are just so bloody convinced that they know what is best for everyone else, alas our police these days due to being led from the top by wankers like this seem more focused on issues like raising revenue for the Government by pursueing the motorist for each and every infraction of the law(gypsies and illegal migrants, sorry undocumented workers aside as they are special interest groups) rather than focusing on catching criminals and keeping the Queens peace.
Indeed the latest cool and trendy idea to be wheeled out by our police forces is the replacement of real pub glasses with plastic glasses on health & safety ground, one would think that this would be a council remit rather than a policing issue.

Brunstrom joined North Wales Police as Deputy Chief Constable in January 2000, and was appointed Chief Constable of the Force in January 2001. Throughout his tenure, Brunstrom has courted controversy, with his campaign against speeding drivers and his support for speed cameras has drawn criticism from motorist groups. His vociferous action against speeding and other traffic crimes has led to him being nicknamed the "Mad Mullah of the Traffic Taliban", by Daily Mail columnist Richard Littlejohn.
Brunstrom has called for the decriminalisation of all drugs – including heroin and cocaine – and has urged the Government to declare an end to the "failed" war on illegal narcotics.[3]
Brunstrom has been praised for his action against anti-social behaviour and his learning and promotion of the Welsh language, and being the first Chief Constable to have his own blog. Previously ACPO's head of road policing policy, head of the UK’s National Wildlife Crime Unit, and police co-ordinator on drugs policy across Wales.
You forgot to mention that he also a cunt.
