The damage libralism does to the UK. The Kiyan Prince murder trial.

Now the concept on being a liberal is fine on paper, however it can lead to this when you let the wrong people(and I use the word loosely here, especially with regards moslem Somali scum)

**This is the trial of a boy who saw as his idols Somali gansters, scum of the Earth, crossdressing perverts of the worst type.

A catastrophic failure by prosecutors prevented a jury in the Kiyan Prince murder trial hearing key evidence that the young footballer’s killer had allegedly threatened to stab a girl, according to a judge.

The killer was named yesterday as Hannad Hasan, 17, a Somalian refugee who had been in the year above Kiyan at the London Academy in Edgware, north-west London.

Hasan stabbed him through the heart at the school gates. He was found guilty of murder yesterday at the end of his third trial over the killing.

According to sources, Hasan was obsessed with Somalian gang culture in the UK and was trying to impress members of the notorious Thug Fam, who killed Pc Sharon Beshenivsky.

**Now when the trial was on of Jama and co during the trial of the WPC they shot, not a mention was made of this gang. Just look at the name...Thug Fam - Ok so what is that so "urban" mispelling of Thug Farm, if so well the do qualify as animals...just.

The only error our society has made was letting this animal in to the UK in the first place, then with all the chances that he was given he saw his future as part of some Somali crime gang? Truely the (illegal) migrant service needs a major overhaul from top to bottom.

Kiyan’s parents, Mark Prince, the former boxer, and Tracy Cumberbatch, had to sit through three trials. The jury could not agree on the first, and the second was abandoned after Mr Prince approached a woman juror.

Hasan, who lived with his mother in Colindale, north London, denied murder but admitted manslaughter.

Kiyan, who played for the Queens Park Rangers youth team, was stabbed after he intervened in what was described as a playfight between Hasan, then 16, and a friend in May last year.

Hasan turned on him, got him in a headlock and produced a penknife. The teenager had been in trouble for assaulting pupils and was suspended six days earlier after urinating in front of a teacher and threatening her.

Less the two weeks before the stabbing, he had allegedly threatened to “shank”, or stab, a girl during a trivial dispute over a bus seat. The allegation was never subject to criminal charges, but witnesses came forward after they learnt of the killing.

But the jury, who had to decide whether Kiyan’s stabbing was an accident or if the youth intended to cause serious injury, never heard of his previous violent outbursts.

However, because the prosecution failed to give the defence sufficient notice, the evidence of the alleged bus incident was excluded.

Mr Justice Wilkie censored prosecutors for only providing the defence with details of the allegation on the eve of the first trial in October last year. He agreed that it would have been “grotesquely unfair” to expect the defence to deal with the late evidence.

He said: “The fault lies four-square with the prosecution for failing catastrophically to process this evidence within the time frame to present it as part of a fair trial.”

The Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan Police have begun a review to identify any shortcomings. Legal procedures also precluded his full school record being presented to the jury.

Outside court yesterday, Kiyan’s mother said: “It was the right verdict. It’s been a horrible journey. I am glad it’s all over.”

The family called for tougher sentences on youths caught with knives to prevent the increasing number of murders among young people. The judge, who had removed an order banning identification of Hasan, adjourned the case for sentencing on July 27.

**As much as I agree with the family that we need to have tougher senences, across the board (something New Liebour fail at time and time again, they just provide just for the criminal not the victims of crime.) not just for youth crimes one point that has been missed is the fact that libralism with regard to our boarder controls and the filth that they let stay here led directly to this young mans death.

Update on scumfuck Mustaf Jama:

According to The Times, in 1993 Nadifa Egal a Somali woman arrived at Heathrow with three children and a Kenyan people trafficker who falsely claimed to be her husband. Mrs Egal described the danger from which her family were fleeing following tribal violence. The family were granted leave to remain and Mrs Egal set about contacting her four other children who had been sent to the UK in 1992. Soon after being granted leave to remain it is reported that Mrs Egal returned to Somalia leaving her seven children to be brought up by friends and relatives in London and Birmingham.

Mustaf Jama was 12 years old when he stood by his mother’s side at Heathrow in 1993. Eight years after arriving in the UK, Mustaf was jailed for burglary and robbery offences. After a string of violent criminal offences he was released from prison in 2005 aged 25; he was considered for deportation but permitted to remain because it was deemed too dangerous to send him back to Somalia where the conflict continued. Some time between Christmas Day and New’s Year he fled the UK, returning to Somalia, apparently bearing his sister’s passport and disguised in a niqab. Jama was not required to prove his identity by immigration staff.

It has been further reported that Jama’s Uncle is a former Somalian Foreign Minister and his father a former MP and cousin of Mohamed Siad Barre the country’s ex-president who seized power in 1969 in a brutal military coup. Mustaf Jama is reportedly protected and hiding in Somalia.

Mustaf Jama is still wanted by British police as the prime suspect for the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky.
