Yes Loans/Dial - Keith Wilmot Chorlton - a reply to his comment.

Now you have to admire Keith Chorlton's subtle approach to those who comment about his company, a company that he should not be running as he is barred from holding a directorship:
Here we see Yes Loans customer care dept. ready to deal with unhappy clients.
He (or most likely one of his lackeys commented here)

The net is closing in on you my son, and when I find you, you will never walk again. That I fucking promise you.

And I replied:
Now now Keith, that's now way to talk to people.

Yes I know you kick off in the pub and yell at staff but to fire off a torrent like that.

Well I expected better from a failed director.
To which I have to add, the more threats the better Keith, keep them coming and they will be reported and logged. Oh did I mention that I have the IP address of the pc that the threat came from, so should I stop walking old chap then a copy of all my bits get handed to pc plod.

It will be like old times then, Keith meeting up (again) with the fine boys and girls in blue.

I shall finish with some reviews of Yes Loans/Blue Sky/Dial from the internet:

But the best piece I have seen that lays out what Yes Loans stand for is this:
Joe McGrath's article(copied below)
By Joe McGrath

An online community has gathered to campaign for changes in the working practices of one South Wales brokerage.

Cwmbran-based, Yes Loans UK, has come under fire by clients and consumer action groups for accepting an administration payment of £49.50 and not refunding fees for up to six months, even when applications are declined.

Consumers on the blagger.com site have also written numerous accounts of being put on hold for long periods on a telephone line that charges 10p per minute, with some clocking up telephone bills of up to £52.50 for one call.

Customers have also raised concerns of the involvement in the business of shareholder, Keith Chorlton – a disqualified company director.

Yes Loans UK is a completely separate company to the similarly-named Yes Loans and Mortgages, based in Cardiff.

Gordon Bon, director of Yes Loans UK, admitted that some customers to the call centre have had difficulties speaking to a representative.

He explained: “We are very sorry for people that are unable to get through. We have many thousands of calls. My understanding from our customer care team is that we are not able to return every UK call and we return a large number of calls.”

However, Bon said many accounts on the blagger.com site were simply not true.
He said: “The vast majority of them are inaccurate and it is not for us to comment on people’s inaccuracies.”

The increasing volume of complaints from lobbying customers however, has triggered a response from the Association of Finance Brokers (AFB).

Robert Sinclair, director of the AFB, said there are a number of customers that appear to have difficulties understanding the way in which Yes Loans UK operates its business.

He added: “The recent changes to Consumer Credit Act legislation are designed to encourage consumer to complain. This then allows the OFT to take account of any Financial Ombudsman Service judgements before the renewal of a consumer credit licence.

“Should individuals have a legitimate case for complaint against any company, I would encourage them to do so to the Ombudsman.”

I have heard from a source involved with the ginger haired monster, that the women he has made his predator like advances on including his p.a juliett and kim from axa that he only has one testicle???!!! could this be the reason he is so angry at life??

Fidothedog said...

Cheers anon, that would explain a lot. Him lacking one dangly object would explain his problems with life, maybe he lost it when he was in prison for fraud?

Anonymous said...

...Napoleon Bonaparte and Hitler were two of historys one testicle angry power mongers. Is this mere coincidence?

Fidothedog said...

Mind you Hilter was in prison early on in his rise to power, as was Wilmot.

it seems Kim and Sally (loopy mobile fraudster! - (wilmot's latest puppett) have been at each others throats, with kim losing - is that because wilmot want's to get to know Sally better?????
