As per the last 2 posts. No update as yet. Due a callback but knowing Virgin Media I am not holding my breath on that one. One chap did call me yesterday but alas I was unable to get to the phone in time.
Still no phone and I am awaiting my mobile phone bill which I will then be forwarding on to them as having to use that for all my calls.
I would like to add that despite a voicemail from the call back that I missed stating that I would recieve a call back today no such call happened, least ways not on my mobile. They can call the housephone but as that has no dial tone etc then I am not likely to be recieving it any time soon.
Thank you so much Virgin Media, it really does fill me with confidence as a customer that I can rely on you supplying me with telephony services and good customer service - please refer to my previous posts on how you can improve that.
Hell if you were serious about customer service as you claim, then call me back and offer me a job to improve your customer call stats. After all nothing like a very very annoyed customer who has also a lot of customer service experience to improve a rather dire call center!
Maybe the manager was a tad to scared to call me back? Either that or not upto the job.
