I had a complaint with Virgin Media before and would like to raise the following points:
Well still no answer to my e-mail to Mr Bourne at Virgin Media's complaints dept yet, shame that as one would assume that the main point of having a complaints dept is to resolve customer complaints?
Ok so here is a quick re-cap of the un-answered points:
1. Where is Oct/Nov months bills, no bills have been recieved? Now I have had Sept, and the member of staff I spoke to advised that he could not locate those bills on the system. I was promised a call back and sadly that never happened. Maybe the member of staff vanished along with my Oct/Nov bills?
2. Where is the promised credit (as per previous conversations with Mr Bourne) as this is not shown on Sept. bill? It may be on the Oct/Nov bills but I have no way of checking that - see point .1
3. No reduction of line rental as promised by Richard Bourne is shown either on Sept bill- for the 7 days or so I was without cable and phone services? Again is that on the Oct or Nov bill?
4. What has happened to the "loyalty pack" which kept my bill at £30 per month, now informed I am paying £45 per month. Although I only have the word of a member of staff on my monthly amount, due to not having Oct/Nov bills from Virgin Media.
5. Despite paying the bills for (part month I think looking at Sept/Oct/Nov, even though I had nothing to compare it with - no copies of Oct/Nov as stated in point 1, I feel that I am still getting shoddy service from the "customer care" dept.
6. I have been told that bills for Oct/Nov have disappeared and although I have been e-mailed Sept bill I am wondering how I could accrue a charge of £111 for the two months and part of Sept, when I was due credits (see point 3 and 2) and why has the monthly amount I am paying changed with no notification?
7. Why was my direct debit stopped, the bank blame you chaps?
8. Why was no chaser for overdue amount sent out, maybe that vanished with the three bills?
9. Will anyone get back to me...? Hello? Virgin Media? Are you there? Mr Bourne
Oh thanks to the member of staff who knocked 30 quid off the bill I paid, despite not recieving Oct/Nov's bills, just thought I should thank the one point that Virgin Media go

Fido, I have been with them for about twelve years (landline, min. broadband and my mobile) and only ever had one charge for late payment, when I contacted them with the bill in my hand, paid and not late it was immediately recinded, so no problem there fortunately. I have over the last few months been having problems with some marketing fucks calling, you know the (congratulations you have been selected for, followed by more shit) stuff. Now this, as with most folk is an instant hang-up, unfortunately this doesn't work, you pick the phone up again and the spiel is still going. They assure me that there is nothing wrong with their system or my phone and can't seem to grasp the notion that if I can't hang-up and call out it's no longer my phone, any ideas on this.
ps. send my sympathy to your liver
