Abu "Capt. Hook" Hamza to apeal against deportation.

Radical preacher Abu Hamza is to appeal an extradition order that paves the way for him to be sent to the US where he is likely to spend the rest of his life in jail.

The Home Secretary signed the order on Thursday afternoon. If his lawyers do not lodge their appeal within 14 days he will be handed over to American authorities within 28 days.
