Adam Applegate has recieved a payoff from Northern Rock of 760K, the same chap who's reckless policies caused it to collapse in the first place has been paid off by New Labour.
So in short we the taxpayers now that Northern Rock has been nationalized have to fund this chaps retirement bung.
In the real world should the rest of us make a huge mistake that causes our company to collapse we would be lucky to escape the courts, at best we would just be sacked and be grateful for getting off that lightly. However in New Labour's socialist utopia people are no longer held responsible and so Adam gets paid off by the taxpayers.
What a cunt. Just like the entire New Labour party and all who support it.
