A man with a heart condition was arrested, shackled, put in a DNA database, locked up for 18 hours and taken to court after police claim he dropped an apple core in the latest shocking example of tyranny being metered out by a cadre of “community support officers” that now patrol British cities harassing citizens.
“Keith Hirst, 54, was approached by a police community support officer who claimed he had dropped the core on a street in Salford, Greater Manchester,” reports the Daily Mail.
Well where to start on this, first off with the pointless jobsworths that make up the community support officers, the sort of worthless small cock'd twat who becomes a PCO as the police and even the common sense or even the basic intellect to pass the exams as a sodding traffic warden.Mr Hirst insisted he had not, and went into a chemist to buy medication for his disabled wife.
“I came out and started walking towards a chemist to get my wife a prescription. I got a tap on the shoulder and turned round,” said Hirst.
“There was a chap there in a fluorescent jacket, big sunglasses, and a baseball cap, on a bike, with a wad of tickets and a pen. He said ‘why did you drop that apple core?’, and I told him I didn’t drop an apple core.
“He then said he wanted my name and address. He was an over-zealous young lad baying to give me a ticket.
“I told him I was on my way to the shops but would be walking back that way if he wanted to speak to me later.
He followed through the precinct to the chemist.
Mr Hirst added: “When I came out there were five police officers surrounding me. I said I had done nothing wrong and so was not telling them who I was. The most senior police officer said they would have to take me into custody.”
He was taken into custody at Swinton police station, where he had his DNA and fingerprints taken. The following day he was handcuffed to a security guard and taken to court.
But then it gets worse as the real police get involved, a case of what the fuck was going on there, that PCO's who are waste of space scum get involved is bad enough, but that proper police also get involved backing up the worthless PCO scun, well in this case what were they thinking.
Seriously PCO's lack any powers of arrest, they are just cunts in a uniform. A filler put in place by a bigger blind cunt called David Blunkett. The police should know better.
Then we have the issue of presumed innocence, you all remember that one. Where an allegation is made and your innocence is assumed until such point as guilt has been proven. The corner stone of what was until New Labour got there hands on it British justice.
Well no more. As he would not pay the on the spot fine, guilt already assumed and justice dealt out. Then the powers assume that that in of itself is a crime:
"The most senior police officer said they would have to take me into custody."
Mr Hirst was arrested for refusing to pay a £50 on-the-spot fine and taken to Swinton police station before being eventually taken to the magistrates' court in handcuffs.
There you go. Some cunt, sorry PCO, hell no I was right the first time. Cunt-fucking-bubble it is, decides that you are guilty, you argue and QED you are guilty of refusing to pay an on the spot fine. Then the real police arrest you for arguing with a state employed cunt bubble.
This is the farce that passes for New Labour justice, argument over rights = guilt and still the cunts in New Labour think that the reason they got an ass kicking in the local elections was due to the credit crunch.
Time to put the PCO's back out train spotting like they did before or in community homes being cared for 24/7 and spend the money wasted on those taletless cunts on police officers. Also time to re-train the police in the basics of respect and presumed innocence, as they like the PCO's seem not to have a fucking clue.
All involved in the arrest of Mr Keith Hirst can consider themselves to be cunts, who should apologise to him and failing that go hang themselves in Bridgend.
I am annoyed....
1 people have spoken:
But we Need PCSO on the streets because there aren't enough Police officers.
