Look its like this all the talk of job cuts is complete wank.

Lloyds who having blagged their rival at a fucking knock down price will be laughing their corporate cocks off for a goodly few months.

It will take them a few months to work out quite how to absorb the bank, keep the brand names or not and sort out cross selling of products to each others customers.

However and this is where it gets fun and also I sound like I contradict myself, they will be shedding jobs. Loads of them. By the fucking shedload.

But in a few months time.

After all they have to employ fucking loads of Indians in the call centre in Mumbai and other places in the Indian sub-continent.

When that is done then they will be working out which branches of Lloyds and which Hbos branches to close. They will probably "merge" and flog off the property at some later date when the market picks up.
Still look on the bright side with an ever bigger market share they can piss all over the FSA, push HM Govt about and be even bigger corporate cunts than they already are.

Just watch them push up charges for going over drawn now....
