If it made the news that asylum seekers were living in conditions like this the comrades of the BBC would be up in arms, the unwashed legions of anarcists would be organising a rent-a-mob and the chattering classes would be lobbying the local MP. Assorted "Comrades" in the Labour Party would be howling in The Commons and yet we here not a peep from them...
Yet again we see New Labour treat the armed forces with total contempt, Brown and Co. talk about them using terms like "heroes" yet talk aside they do nothing for the troops.
New Labour = Scum.

The Labour party despise the type of people that your average squaddie is, ie: white working class, but they are only too willing to use them for their own ends.
Labour even use their own and then sell them out the moment the wind changes.
One day when the barbarian is at the gates and breaking it all down, they'll need someone to save their worthless skins. When that day comes, i hope the troops push them to the front, make em' fight for their own skins.
Nah, the troops wouldn't do that, they're so much better, even though their political masters are not worthy to clean their toilets.
