Gordonomics in action.

Popped out for a swift seven or eight pints last night. It may have been more as events became somewhat blurred towards the end of the night.

Upon arriving in my local hostelry I discovered that six of the regulars were now out of work, another was going through bankruptcy and someone else was taking their former employer to court for unfair dismissal. The argument being that they were fired by the company to avoid a pay off.

Oh as if this joy of finding the one eyed Scottish idiots economics was not bad enough, it was also told to myself that the pub will be closing down in March.

Money shall be invested in shares of lamp post companies, hemp ropes and piano wire. Come the revolution I will be loaded.

This is only the beginning of the depression. Riots will be along ere long.

The "one eyed madman" defines himself as "British" not Scottish. Please refrain from calling him Scottish in the future as this is highly offensive to Scots.

At this moment of time it is hard to say if we will be heading into depression but we are definitely in recession.

This current recession may not be any different in economic terms to the previous ones we have suffered in the last 30 years. However it is different in the fact that the current government has seriously p!ssed so many people off by interfering in every aspect of our lives as mentioned in this and other blogs. In the past, you could have a momentary escape by having a few pints or a ciggie but now the government have sticking their noses into that by lecturing us on how bad they are.

Whatever you do, you can't escape the fact the government has made our lives a misery. People are angry and you can feel the nastiness in the air.

There are dire times ahead.

I bet £5 we are in for a depression.

Just look at the state of any other country in the world.

Even Germany are seeing an unprecedented drop in their exports.
