Spot the difference: Troops V MP's.

First we see what our troops have to live on out in the wilds of Afghanistan or where ever it is New Labour have decided to bring democracy today.
Add to that having to buy lots of their own kit, live in slum army housing, deal with poor equipment as well as having Bob Ainsworth and Quentin Davis as ministers in charge.

Next we see what our MP's have for rations these days, the poor darlings have to scrap by on a backbench pittance of £64K a year, subsidized housing allowance, a gold plated pension and a mere £400 a month food allowance. Truly we should scrap all aid to starving African children and supply the food to the poor starved waifs in the House of Commons.
