Labour councillor Elias Mattu was once responsible for improving community safety after being elected to Wolverhampton City Council.
Yet his son Anthony, 20, was recently ordered to pay a £115 fine and £60 courts costs for possession of the Class A drug.
And last June he was given a 16 week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, after being caught with an imitation firearm and knife. He was also ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid community service.
Graiseley-based Coun Mattu spoke of his “disgust” at his son’s latest conviction but said he would not answer fresh calls for him to resign. - Of course not he is a taxpayer funded politico. REST HERE
