So how come a chap can face jail for attacking someone holding his family at knife-point, yet a clearly dangerous child rapist can walk free to terrorise again, just for being forgiven by the victim's family.
As I have said before the days of basic justice or even common sense have gone, these days justice is about doling out fines, the police have been turned into a uniformed branch of the tax system and politicized into carrying out government pc policies.
