Keith Wilmot Chorlton - Disqualified Director - Update Post. Dial/Yes Loans

Well I was not planning on an update on the woes of Yes Loans and its director, least ways not so soon anyway - the man who is disqualified from being a director yet doesnt let a little thing like the law bother him - but according to some posts that I have been getting seems that many things have been happening at Dial - thats the name of the callcentre where Yes Loans are based.

Firstly it would appear that the infamous Keith Wilmot Chorlton has been questioned by the boys in blue - not for the first time in his life either! - it seems that he has been taking a leaf out of John Prescotts book on diplomacy and tack and hitting someone. Oh and it gets better, seems that a violent streak runs in the family, his son James was involved in a violent dispute with an employee at the Blackbirds pub in Cwmbran.

the mail that I recieved is quoted below, I like the bit about the gift for Keith very apt:

Christmas day at yes loans 2006 resulted in disqualified Director Keith Chorlton Head butting an employee *** **** after a few too many drinks and after hearing he did not contribute to his birthday present which ironically was a 6ft human like punch dummy to relive 'stress', the matter is currently pending further investigation by cwmbrawn police.

Another pending police investigation happened the same day at the Black Birds pub round the corner from the offices, where Keith Chorlotns son James Chorlton, was also involved in assaulting another employee ***** *****.

I have been sent the name of both employees that were assaulted but will not be mentioning their names - after all why make life more diffcult for them?
Also apparently on a BBC program called X Ray going out on Wednesday the 21st on BBC Wales, there will be a little bit on Yes Loans. Also its all change on the management side, seems that Keith has put in someone called Gordon Bon in charge of affairs. Based on past experience one has to ask how long he will be there?

Oh and the FSA are coming in to investigate on March 6th according to another post I have recieved, lets just hope that Keith and his son James Chorlton dont hit anyone. Alan Spedding - aka the speeding rat - has left and come back.

Mel Roberts EX Joint Partner of yes loans group, but after a falling out with disqualified director Keith Chorlton and a 1 million pund payoff, its now said to be arch enemies.

Alan Spedding -- 07970037019 - Pompus director, resigned last Saturday after having enough of Chorltons bullying and illegal works, he came back to work on Monday after a meeting in the park hotel cwmbrawn after Keith paid him to come back and keep his silence.

Gaby cocchiria -- 07973536020 - Keiths loyal slave, but will spill the beans as she is beginning to tire of by used as a pawn in front of the cameras and fsa.

As some one said in a mail to myself:

the company is run 100% by disqualified direct Keith cholton, he hides behind people he signs up as directors, and states to the outside he is a consultant, but we all know he is not and have numerous evidence, he bullies staff, if they threaten to leave or tell about the goings on he offers more money in their wages etc etc, new arrivals include axa insurance government by fsa & bluesky finance, both off which compliance issues are enormous, and regulations are not adhered to.
