Sand in the eyes?

Now I have often wondered what sort of worthless pricks inhabit the moonbat self enclosed (totally detatched from the fucking reality world that the rest of us have to endure) in our local authorities. No never you fucking mind the logic, rules are rules and they shall be followed no matter what. Orders no matter how inane or stupid must be followed at all costs. Remind you of Nazi "socialist" Germania?

Indeed they love the power inposed on them from on high, be that Westminster or the EU or the Forth Reich as I have started to call it of late. After all how else can sad pricks, train spotters and otherwise holders of small genitalia get the better of the rest of society whilst claiming to represent us all.

But todays Times Online has come up with gem on moonbattery: totaly removed from reality fucktards at Fylde Borough Council.

A pensioner who lives beside the seaside has been warned by his council that he faces a heavy fine for fly-tipping if he returns windblown sand in his garden back to the beach.

Arthur Bulmer, 79, has long complained of sand drifting on to his property on the fore-shore at Lytham St Anne’s, in Lancashire, but this year’s gales have exacerbated the problem.

When he asked Fylde Borough Council if it was permissible to return the sand where it came from, he was told it would constitute fly-tipping. He should treat it as litter and take it to the municipal refuse tip. The council told him that they happily clear sand deposited on the public highway but once it lands on private property it becomes the responsibility of the owners.

He pensioner says that he has no alternative but to pay a specialist waste disposal firm to collect his unwanted sand and take it away.

Go figure. This what we pay taxes for? To employ worthless wankers like this. Who in some bizarre version of the 3 wise monkeys(and monkeys would do a far better job and save the taxpayers money to boot) see no logic, hear no logic, speak no logic.
