**Update on this: I asked Terry what he would do should he lose in the forthcoming local elections, his reply was:

fido - I'm not sure what you mean by 'lose the locals' but if I lose the
election I will carry on with the struggle.It's all about having something
meaningful and worthwhile in your life, you wouldn't understand.

So if by worthwhile he means holding down a job rather than being some parasite living off the states money, like the workshy and feckless of which there are many or like many an elected official I could mention, then I guess I have something worthwhile.

If he means family responsibilities, well I have them as well and unlike many I make do without any help from Father & Mother state.

If he means having a family and putting that first in my life, well I have one of them and we scrape by even with the 100 taxes that bloody dour Scot has dumped on us. God alone knows how but we manage.

If he means have to deal with petty bloodyminded socialists/communists who think they can dictate from on high and browbeat anyone who speaks out against them, well again I do that on a daily basis and that is worthwhile.

Tomorrow Terry I shall vote and with luck enough of us hard put upon voters will have wised up to the patronising, doubledealing narrow minded bastards like yourself that infest Labour.

**Second update - some general pisstakery of Terry. I was wondering that should our darling socialist fall ill, will he be subject to Patricia Hewitts restrictions on lardy folk? Or do they have an exemption clause for Labour party folk, you know the sort of thing. 1984 all the animals are equal but some are more equal than others.
