Yes Loans/Dial - The hunt for Gordon Bon?

Well the latest news, which I have heard- should that be unconfirmed tale? - is that one of the management Gordon "Bon" Bon has done a bunk, scarpered, legged it or maybe just fallen out with Keith "dont call me Wilmot" Chorlton.

**A quick update here: An anon e-mail posted in the comments says its Alan "Middle name Paul" Spedding aka the speeding rat who has done a bunk. If so then well done to Alan for finally ditching the sinking steaming pile that is Yes. So can anyone out there in interweb land shed some light on the dubious management goings (or not)in the dark dank corner that is Mr Chorltons world?

As ever the ever dubious disqualified director Mr Keith Wilmot Chorlton keeps on laughing at the law.
If anyone out there has problems with Yes Loans, they can speak directly to Alan Paul Spedding at alan.spedding@yesloans.tv or alternatively they can call 01633 712937. I have pop'd a pic of Mr Spedding in above. (Or maybe not if the tale be true of him doing a bunk)

** Like to point out that Keiths accounts are now in with companies house, although is still claiming small exemption. Not sure if that is regards the size of his genitals or the company... http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/toolsToHelp/findCompanyInfo.shtml

** Quick update seems that Mr Chorlton has put the accounts for Yes Loans into companies house, although is still claiming small exemption. Not sure if that is for the company or Keith's penis? Either way I am sure that Wilmott is up something here.

Oh here is the BBC X-Ray program that shows Mr Gordon "Bon" Bon hunting for his glasses.

Well the below link will take you to the companies house website, enter 04553449, and lo there be Keiths Yes Loans details. Although no brownie points for Crossit Target Marketing, as there accounts from 2006 are still overdue. There ref is 04137383

Hi mate just thought i'd let you know that as far as im aware bon bon still works there (least his car was outside last week) and its actually alan spedding thats disappeared; approx 2-3 months ago he vanished and has not returned since, rumour was "he couldnt keep travelling so far every day"....i'll leave that upto you to decide.

Hi again just to let you know i was in work earlier and Bon Bon's car was definately outside in the carpark, he usually hides away in one of the offices so you cant see him, but he's definately still working there at the moment. Spedding on the other hand has long gone, cant imagine him re-appearing any time soon, he left around March time.

New Managing Director of Yes Loans is Sally Hill, ex of Loopy Mobiles. Worthwhile putting that into Google and seeing what comes back!

James & Donna Harland from Wiltshire applied for a loan with Yes Loans 4 years ago when they desparately wanted £5000 pounds to privatley treat their daughter Sarah for lukemia. They had previously dug there way out of debt and closely avoided bankruptcy but, low and behold, yes loans said they could help. They quickly sent nearly £50 off as requested and awaited for the money as they had been led to believe, it would be in the bank within 10 days.

6 months later and still no money, no refund, and relentless calls from vairous different companies...none who could help to pay for their daughter's vital treatment.

And, at the end of all this. Yet again, another phone call. To offer Mr. & Mrs Harland another opputunity to apply for a Yes Loan. Seeing as they now have different lenders on their panel with different criteria they stand a much better chance of getting the loan they so desparately needed.

Sarah, their beloved daughter had died just one week before

Thankyou Yes Loans, and thankyou Mr. Chorlton

If everyone takes 5 minutes of their time out who has been affected and sends letter/email or call to Financial ombudsman services, they have the power to stop renewal of the credit consumer licence, therby making the company unable to trade. see link below for complaints form:

I work on the customer care department and it is shit here. I hate having to lie to people.
To make it worse the management team dont know what they are doing. They got rid of chris hopkins (the best supervisor) and kept Heidi Brandon (the worst manager) who has no idea of customer service.and it has got worse since.
Antone who wants to complain ask for Heidi Brandon and make her life hell.
Yes loans can kiss my ass
