Jonathan Ross - Worth 1000 BBC Journalists

That is how Jonathan Ross described himself last night, in response to criticisms of his £6million annual salary. The secretary-general of the National Union of Journalists has responded by calling his remarks "obscene".

Come on Jonathan look at the quality of the BBC reporting, look at their blatant hatred of Israel, their anti US spin on the news, the fact that they cover the fact that the US has the death penalty yet say nothing about Iranians being executed for homosexuality. Iran executes makwan moloudzadeh

Personally, although not a fan of Mr Ross or his vast salary that I indirectly pay for through the license tax, I would say that he is worth more than all the so called news reporters at the BBC.
Jeremy Dear, the NUJ's general secretary, said: "Comments made by Jonathan Ross last night are obscene as they come at a time when thousands of his fellow BBC colleagues are facing losing their jobs.

Fuck them.

These would be the people employed by a dis-honest organisation, that rigs polls and when caught decides to screw the license tax payer for £1 000 000. To teach their staff how not to lie. Let them rot on the dole.

Here is a fine example of BBC quality reporting:

From Biased BBC - BBC "took terrorist trainers paintballing" according to the Times. Bear in mind that the trial is still continuing. Innocent until proven guilty, and all that. In any case the most damaging aspect of this story to the BBC is not the paintballing. The worst that happened there is that they were fooled. No, the most shocking thing is this:

Nasreen Suleaman, a researcher on the programme, told the court that Mr Hamid, 50, contacted her after the July 2005 attack and told her of his association with the bombers. But she said that she felt no obligation to contact the police with this information. Ms Suleaman said that she informed senior BBC managers but was not told to contact the police.
A little tune on the license tax.

A parody with more than a grain of truth in it:

Some bits on the report the BBC don't want us to read: honestreporting and pressgazette and wikipedia and guardian

When will the BBC ever release the Balen report into bias in BBC reporting with regards the middle east and its pro Arab terrorist and Anti Israel stance?

Mk, the only firings I would like to see at the BBC is that of a firing squad, then bill their families for the bullets.
