Go on jump!

Eight Iraqi asylum seekers today threatened to throw themselves from a 40ft tower on a UK military base in Cyprus unless they are granted British passports.

The men – all in their 30s – have lived at the Dhekelia base near the resort of Limassol since 2001 and claim they are now entitled to become British citizens.

“We're serious about jumping,” Nabil Naji, 36, said while standing on top of the fire service training tower.

“They don't give us our rights. Nobody cares about us, we demand British passports.”

Sadly some people had no other option but to jump...

**We demand is it? Our rights is it? Fuck you, fucking jump you cunts.
Oh an yeah I don't fucking care. Hell do a swan dive an I shall mark it on points.

Sadly 40 foot is not that high and they have a good chance of surviving the fall.

Hat tip to The Green Arrow for this one and for the twin towers pic as well.

Just send me the money you morons.

Wish I was over there so I could give them a good hearty mocking laugh. Silly illiterate buggers.

I could stand there for hours with bellowing laughter watching those idiots.

Have not checked the news as yet to see if they are still there. Maybe we should let the troops use the fucks as target practise.

Just a thought, but exactly WHY are they demanding a UK passport and assylum from the UK when in fact they are sitting on a roof in a perfectly SAFE EU country - Cyprus?!

I thought the rule was that you sought assylum in the FIRST safe country you come to? They are 2,000 miles from the UK with at least half a dozen safe countries between them and us and frankly have no right to demmand anything!

May I suggest they jump!

Normally I'd be joining in saying jump you fuckers, jump. But it ispossible these people helped us out there and were promised asylum.
However fatso makes a good point, and they could always try to get to N. Cyprus if they needed to live with other muzzies

Hang on a minute ...

The original story says these foreign nationals entered the base from the republic of northern cyprus (i.e the turkish held bit).

So we have a bunch of foreign nationals who entered a british military base from a country no-one except turkey recognises ....

They're bloody spies and should be tried as such. Bugger throwing them a blanket roll out the firing squad and use the buggers for target practice.

If they were to be allowed their DEMANDS then this would send out a signal around the world, especially in Africa, that you need only make your way to a British Embassy or base and sit it out to get into the UK. It would be utter shambles, not that our assylum system isn't already.

If, as was mentioned by anonymous, these were interpretors or spys working for us in Iraq then yes that's a different story, but it doesn't look that way to me. Once into the UK you can bet your bottom dollar they'd be sending for their extended families!
