**Another New Labour socialist brother shows his true colours.
A Labour councillor was suspended for a month after sending an e-mail threatening to stuff a council highways chief "through the mincer".
Councillor Laurence Williamson, 58, had got into a row with the engineer over funding for road closures when he sent the foul-mouthed email.
Mr Williamson, representative of Harper Green in Bolton for 29 years, had clashed with Mike Heather over proposals to close Broad Oak Road in Farnworth at the junction with Bradford Road.
A man with anger issues.
"Area forum monies are not for mainstream schemes you haven't the balls to deliver!
"I shall make a point of returning from holiday for the 9th in order to stuff you through the mincer."
After complaining to council standards chiefs in Bolton, Greater Manchester, Mr Heather said: "The message was quite unacceptable, using as it does disgraceful language and implied threats.
Mr Williamson was suspended for a month for breaching a code of conduct.
The father-of-two, was brought before an independent standard's committee, which ruled he had breached the councillor's code of conduct and suspended him for a month from February 1.
The committee found he had broken clauses which state councillors must treat others with respect, not bully them, and not do anything likely to compromise the impartiality of council staff.
After the ruling, Mr Williamson said: "I was very surprised at the suspension. I thought it was excessive. I don't think the standards board fully appreciated the circumstances. I found out about the report an hour before I was due to go on holiday.
**Poor darling, he should try working in the real world where a mail like that would result in someone being sacked. Something I hope the good voters take note of the next time this over paid violent little thug stands for public office.
