Hereford Arms (post 2)

I covered before the attempted closure of the Hereford Arms, a local pub in my home city of Newport (Link here). Some details have now come forth on the Brew Wales site about the company.
It seems odd that the comapny that wants to close the Hereford Arms appears not to be trading itself. A quick check on Companies House website reveals that Alderbourne Limited are registered as a dormant company. Odd then that they seem to be trading by putting in a planning application for change of use as well as collecting the rent for the pub and others which they own. Perhaps Alaistar Darlings huge department of Customs and Inland Revenue would like to look into the accounts of Alderbourne and see if the company is really "dormant" or not?
