A MUM of seven is being paid £170,000 a year in benefits so she can live in a £1.2million mansion.

Taxpayers hit by the credit crunch fund the swish seven-bedroom home enjoyed free by Afghan migrant Toorpakai Saindi and her family.

And her landlord is raking in rent of more than £12,000a month from a local council — funded by taxpayers.

That’s DOUBLE the normal market value of the seven-bedroom property, located in a swish West London street peppered with the Mercedes and BMW cars of private owners.

Yesterday Saindi, who also gets an estimated £400 a week in child and local tax benefits, said: “It’s a lot of money, but the council pay it.

“This is their problem. I don’t know why they pay so much.”

Landlord Ajit Panesar, who is acting within his rights, also referred The Sun to Ealing Council.

They blamed the Government, saying it set the rate.

But Whitehall insisted the council could have put Ms Saindi in a cheaper home.

The root of the potty payouts lies with the Local Housing Allowance — rolled out nationally on April 7.

It enables tenants and landlords to find out the maximum amount of LHA available before an agreement is reached.

In July Ms Saindi, who has four sons and three daughters aged eight to 22, approached the council after being made homeless. They had a legal obligation to find her a seven-bedroom home.

But they did not have one big enough on their books and so turned to a private landlord, Mr Panesar.

He fixed a price for his Acton property which the council checked with the Rent Service — an executive agency of the Department for Work and Pensions.

They then advised the council what they should pay.

It turned out to be a staggering £12,458 a month — partly because under boundary changes implemented in April, Acton is crazily lumped in with mega-rich Westminster.

Yesterday estate agents Foxtons said similar properties in Acton command rents of around £6,000 a month, top whack.

Ms Saindi, who came to the UK from Afghanistan seven years ago, said: “I always thought the housing benefit was a lot, but I’m told that is what it is for homes like this here.”

Mr Panesar said: “I can’t help it if the law says I should get paid that amount of money.”

One local said: “It is unbelievable. Her house is on one of the nicest streets in Acton.

"People pay hundreds of thousands for the privilege of living there.”

Mark Wallace, campaign director of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, said: “The system has gone seriously wrong when one family is costing taxpayers so much.

“The people running the welfare system seem to have forgotten money doesn’t grow on trees. This family could be helped without the need for such a huge bill.”

**Oh how happy I am to see my tax monies spent so wisely by the powers that be. The article states that she is a migrant, I take it that she is legal although the status is not stated and with a pad like this I am sure she will not be heading back to Afghanistan in a hurry.

Whilst I have to drag my arse to work each day come rain or shine, have to pay my transport costs - no MP perks or benefits funded taxis for the kiddies for me - have to do my 35 hours and slog on for more hours to cover the exploding cost of living and the state spunks away my monies on people like Toorpakai Saindi.

Hell she gets her expenses all paid for from the state, food on her table for her and the brood of 7 parasites all paid for by taxpayers, her clothes all paid for by taxpayers, in fact her entire fucking lifestyle is paid for by the taxpayers and she has no gratitude.

Yep, no gratitude, get the fucking gratitude of this fucking woman at my expense an yes as a taxpayer it is my expense and I am fucking pissed off, anyway she says:

Because they are wasteful cunts is the answer and fucking hell this bitch should be on her hands and fucking knees blowing each and every taxpayer and thanking them for the privilege of shooting their load across her ungrateful face. Hell had she done some more blowing before we the taxpayers would not have to fund 7 kids (so far an I am sure that the number will increase) for God knows how many years. 

Were I a council tax payer in that authority I would be asking questions of the local councillors as to quite why so much taxpayer money is being pissed away on a woman with 7 kids in tow, who quite evidently could not keep her knees together for very long.

Hell she seems quite put out at people being annoyed at her getting all this for fuck all off the taxpayers whilst the rest of us get exactly fuck all as we either don't qualify or some other tick box fails when we ask.

She adds this fucking gem:

Well the law is an ass, rather than tell her ass to keep your knees together and stop popping out babies and to fuck off to some bedsit hovel and a pittance, it keeps you in the lap of luxury at our expense.

Secondly yes you fucking can help it but choose not to. That option is the tough one, its called work. Yes the four letter word itself, the ultimate expletive to the feckless, the indolent, the lazy shiftless workshy Labour voting fucks.

But in a way Toorpakai Saindi has worked, she has whored herself as surely as if she had spread for payment for services rendered. 

She has worked at fucking each and every taxpayer in the land in that the place that hurts them the mos. Paying benefits to a shiftless fucker who believes it their God given right to take and take and take again. 

So she has worked hard at whoring her self to state benefits.

Yep its the old travel half way around the world and fuck me its a "free"- and I use the word free in a Gordon Brown use of the word - ie free for her as the rest of us daft taxpaying fuckers who drag ourselves to shitty jobs each day for it, that is what I mean by free - council house, meals for kids and no doubt Sky cunting TV thrown in as well.

As for her landlord, well he is taking money off thick council cunts who should know better so I can't blame him for seeing an opportunity but her and the council.
