Police should now better and as for the PCSO's sadly a Bridgend style hanging epidemic has not broken out in their ranks. However if they are short of some rope I would be more than happy to fund that and the fucking gallows as well.A schoolboy taking photographs of a railway station on a geography field trip was suspected of being a terrorist.
Fabian Sabbara, 15, of Cheam, was dressed in his school uniform when he was stopped by three police community support officers for taking photos of Wimbledon station on his mobile phone.
**Fucking PCSO's, as I have said before these useless fuckers are little more than state employed jobsworths. Fucking ticket issuing jobsworths, glorified dog catchers in hi-viz jackets. These cunts were started by fucking uber-cuntfuck David Blunkett MP, former Home Sec. and sleaze merchant.
The student from Rutlish High School, Merton, explained he was taking pedestrian counts, a traffic survey and photos as part of a GCSE project.
But PCSO Barry Reeve told Fabian to sign forms under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act, which allows police to stop and search at random anyone they suspect of terrorism.
**Told did he. Well PCSO Barry Reeve is a cunt. The PCSO has the brains of a fucking dead badger and were he not a PCSO would be spending his days in some care in the community outhouse for social misfits. The fact of the matter is that there is not, an never fucking has been any law against members of the public taking photos in public places.
He should have refused to sign that, then a real policeman/woman would have had to get involved and hopfully kicked some sense into the cuntfuck Barry the worthless PCSO>
After the incident, Fabian’s mother Clare, 30, a housewife, and father Felix, 48, an audio visual installer, contacted police to remove any record of the incident against their son’s name, and were told it had to remain in place for six years.
Scotland Yard have since wiped the record from their database, but Mr Sabbara said the incident could have had a long-term impact on Fabian’s future employment.
**Thats because they were talking shit, grade a PCSO type shit that is not true.
He said the matter had also sparked fear at Fabian’s school where trips had been banned over concerns that pupils could be stopped by police for taking pictures.
Mr Sabbara said: “Fabian was just a 15-year-old boy trying to do his school work, he had done nothing wrong.
“The point is, if this incident had remained on file it could affect him in years to come when he applies for jobs such as the RAF.
“Also if there was a terrorist attack at Wimbledon station he would be a suspect. It’s just ludicrous. There needs to be more common sense when applying this law.’’ During the incident Fabian, who was part of a small group of some 55 pupils who had split into groups, had to sign a form titled “Stop and Search Terrorism Act”.
Metropolitan Police spokesman Beverley Kassem said officers did not search him and no further action was taken.

2 people have spoken:
Two things.
First, really intelligent post, well done.
Second, the train station is PRIVATE property, so you need to ask permission (technically) from the rail company. It is not a public place (hence needing to pay o get in). The PCSO spoke to the young man, and asked what he was doing (which the PCSO is entitled to do, they can TALK to anyone the see fit.
The boy could well have gobbed off, who knows. Either way, WHENEVER someone is spoken to by police or PCSOs they are entitled to a stop form (the form they asked him to sign). Everyone is entitled to this form as evidence of being spoken to by the officer.
The lad was not detained, arrested, or held against his will in any way. All that happend was a PCSO asked what he was doing and took his name.
Big deal!
Please remember the train network is a key spot for terrorism and had this lad been taking photos of the rail structure to take home to dad to then go and do something devastating, this PCSO would be a hero. Remember, the last tow terrorist bombs in London were on the transport network.
Long story short, there is NO story here. Just a lad spoken to by PCSOs and sent on his way *SHOCK HORROR!!!*
This would not have gone on his "record", but rather a database of people who we have come in to contact with police, this includes victims of crime, witnesses, and generally anyone who was spoken to and sent on their way. It would not have effected any future job, ever.
I know it sounds rather pedantic, but it would benefit you to research what you are going to blog about, rather than jumping on the bandwagon. Your post strikes me as someone who reads an uneducated article with half-truths and takes it on board to form their "educated opinion" on the matter. This story is a moot point and nonsense. It says nothing about needing permission to take pics, nothing about the fact that this did NOT go on the lads criminal record and nothing about what the PCSOs powers are and the heightened security risk to this country.
Lets hope the lease we can get out of this is that the real terrorists in this country may feel somewhat scared to gather intelligence via photography within this country transport network for fear of being found out early by some keen PCSOs.
Good Day.
Ps great blog by the way, and quite popular I see...
Plastic Plod -
Big deal, well that point proves that you see no problem with school kids being stopped for questioning just for taking a few photos.
From his pic he hardly looked old enough to be a member of Al Quada, still you carry on with your plastic Blunkett bobbie mates treating us all as suspects.
