Wait it gets better, by which I mean far worse as even those figures were disputed. Only 10% of entrants had actually completed their training and at least 50,000 were back on benefits within just three months.
It was even stated that by the time New Deal started youth unemployment was no longer a problem and that the 5.2 billion was wasted.
Many employers left New Deal claiming that it was overcomplicated.
