Another pointless suggestion from this fag end, spin obsessed New Labour shower of shyte:Communities should use more empty shops as neighbourhood resources to help prevent town centres becoming magnets for crime, the government is to say.
So why not lower business rates, scrap many of the taxes, cull the legions in the town halls, slash paperwork, remove the pointless dog shit inspectors/PCSO's and encourage business back?
Instead they will turn over more cash to the over staffed public sector to ponce about making non jobs rather than real jobs.

But seeing as i live in a rural area with absolutely no public transport(thanks to this governments pathological hatred of rural people), all i get to view is a few trees!
