There have been tales going around for a long time that her and John "2 inches" Prescott were fucking like overweight porcine politico's. If that is true it would go a long way to explain the reason why it needed to be soundproofed.

Isn't interesting how expenditures are allowed to go on and on, by the government, but boy will they go after the little guy if they come up short on their taxes.

Mr. Mxyzptlk putting it that way, its best the room was sounbdproofed as listening to them rutting would not be pleasant I am sure.
Although she could have paid for the soundproofing out of her humble renumeration as an MP.
