Paul Clarke a sign of our failed justice system.

Now I mentioned this before, this uttly disgusting fucking injustice of a man who found and handed in a gun only to be arrested as a criminal.
Prosecuting, Brian Stalk, explained to the jury that possession of a firearm was a "strict liability" charge – therefore Mr Clarke's allegedly honest intent was irrelevant.
Just by having the gun in his possession he was guilty of the charge, and has no defence in law against it, he added.
Bollocks, utter horse cock. Had that jury had just one testicle between them they could and damn well should have refused a guilty verdict. That is why we have juries to make a decision, not to rubber stamp someone straight to jail.

Although beyond Mr Clarke having his life royally fucked over, there are some other issues with regards this. Firstly the police have throughout this acted like complete and utter cunts.
A simple thanks very much an we shall be looking for the real criminal who left the gun there would have been a better action, but no this is Britain and if you can not arrest a real criminal then someone, anyone can and will do.
Then we have the CPS, a bunch of craven cocks who do the actual prosecuting here in the UK, when presented with this case decided that it was in the best interests of the land to prosecute a chap for being a responsible citizen.

Moreover we have the inaction, I mean total and utter fucking inaction from the 646 elected pieces of shit that are sitting about in that giant midden called The House of Commons. Not a fucking one of them has bothered taking his or her snout out of the expenses to bring this up and scream fucking blue murder over this matter.

It was they who drafted this piss poor and utter crap law.

So whilst Mr Clarke is looking at spending the next five years inside with real criminals, what makes this even more annoying is that the plod have no hard an fast rule on dealing with people who find guns and indeed this gent was told by the police to hand it in himself!

A man who found a loaded gun linked to a gangland shooting was told by Scotland Yard to carry it across south London to a police station.

John Leary came across the weapon in a playground where it had been abandoned days after the crime. But the Met refused his request for a plain-clothes officer to collect it from his home.

Today the force admitted major failings over the matter.
Failing they say, no shit. I have emailed(click to e-mail him) Postman Prat Alan Johnson, our Home Sec. who is day by day showing that he is as fucking useless as the last holder of his office one Jacqui Smith.
I commented on this first here.

We are part of a EUSSR. Albeit now just a small, rather shitty Province. Thank you Jimmy Snot.

thank you for all the support.
One thing i have found throught all off this is that everyone out there has been on my side and althought the law is wrong people know that i have not commuited any crime.
Thanks every one for your support.

What is Paul Clarke's MP going to do about this? This ought to be a maximum effort, top priority for him.
I feel even angrier about this because the DPP - Keir Starmer - said in a radio interview that such instances are all myths - they just never happened. So now you can be certain that we're following Dr Goebbels'practices.
