The New Statesman have all the details on their site, Now Newsnight has apparently removed a video of the investigation from its website. Bloggers have attempted to evade the gag by posting a YouTube video of the feature and have attacked BBC executives for caving in to Carter-(F)Ruck's client's assault on free expression.
Other media organisations, including the Times and the Independent, have previously withdrawn stories about the case but this may mark the first time the BBC has removed material on the story.
Iain Dale has more and for the history of this saga click HERE. Wikileaks still have it for download HERE.
Libel and writs, utterly pointless in this cyber space, inter web era when data can cross the world in the click of a button...
Carter-(F)Ruck a bunch of cock-juggling thunder-cunt's oh and the BBC Charter has been updated as follows:
- (1) The BBC shall be independent in all matters concerning the content of its output, the times and manner in which this is supplied, and in the management of its affairs.
- (2) Paragraph (1) is subject to any threats made by a bunch of legal thunder cunt's, or if it threatens the interests of our paymasters the EU and New Labour or the new age religion of Global Warming as created by Al Gore.
- (3) Paragraph (1) is subject to us being left wing, in awe of all things Islamic and biased beyond even parody with regard Israel; yes we do blow vast amounts of taxpayers cash to bury our reports from your eyes.
.
2 people have spoken:
