You what mate?

As I gaze out at a few inches of the white stuff outside my abode, I see Old Holborn has posted this by some eco doom sayer.

Sledges, snowmen, snowballs and the excitement of waking to find that the stuff has settled outside are all a rapidly diminishing part of Britain’s culture, as warmer winters – which scientists are attributing to global climate change – produce not only fewer white Christmases, but fewer white Januaries and Februaries.
According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become **“a very rare and exciting event”.”Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.
Professor Jarich Oosten, an anthropologist at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, says that even if we no longer see snow, it will remain culturally important.
“We don’t really have wolves in Europe any more, but they are still an important part of our culture and everyone knows what they look like,” he said.
David Parker, at the Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research in Berkshire, says ultimately, British children could have only virtual experience of snow. Via the internet, they might wonder at polar scenes – or eventually “feel” virtual cold.
**So we had a “very rare and exciting event” the other week as Newport saw the discarded alco pop bottles and burger wrappings all covered in snow, an lo an fecking behold today has given us another “very rare and exciting event”.

Would like to take that virtual cold and ram 12" of virtual cold in the form of an iron spike up these dickheads back passages.

Not just "some eco doom sayer"

An M&S eco doom sayer.

He's the one who faked the emails from CRU.

How about attaching a stick of dynamite with a really slow fuse to the iron spike? ;-)

Our lives would be much enhanced without these loonies.

We are having more snow here in the American deep south. And the wild animals have much thicker fur this year than last. I know I've shot and cooked some squirrel and deer this year. We have fewer rabbits than in past years due to a rise in predators suchas bobcats and coyotes, and yes some wolves. Our predators are really making a come back and thats not necessarily good. The wolf issue is questioned by some, but I've personally seen them several times on some national forest lands in southeast Mississippi. The fish and game people will however say they are not here. But then we all know that those in government are always the last to get the word or see the truth.

Met Office still running with the 'mild winter' AWG fuckwittery despite last weeks snows and more to come.
They even have the cheek to claim that they were not wrong to forcast a 'barbeque summer' because "temprarures did rise to 30C".
Just like they did in 1976 in London when they reached the mid 30's for several weeks. Cunts.
