Libelist and liar MP Paul Flynn on expenses.

Cynical Dragon nails my tedious MP yet again, sadly its not nailing him to a cross....

It's been a while since I posted on Paul Flynn's dross, but I couldn't let this one pass.

The Lib-Dems may be crowing triumphantly on top of the dung-heap of expenses shame.
This coming from a man who's party has three MP's facing criminal charges, a man who's party had to pay back a lot more than the Lib Dems and more importantly a man who claimed £7,052 for new kitchen, £1,153 carpets and £1,200 decoration for his London property in 2005, before selling it and moving to a new £275,000 flat, he also claimed £9,629 in stamp duty and fees.

Oh, and let's not forget the legal costs of his libel case where he accepted he was in the wrong.

Newport really deserves better.

UPDATE: The offending phrase has now been edited out of his blog, I wonder why?

Now my 2p worth on my vile and I hope soon to be ex-MP come election day.
Details on Mr Flynn's graft, outright fucking theft of your hard earned cash on his life of indolence can be found in the sidebar. Just scroll on down and read on how he helps himself over and over again to our money.
He is nothing more than a common fucking thief, no different from any common fraudster or shoplifter other than the amounts he claims in "expenses" could not be matched by any common crook.
Paul Flynn an elected thief helping himself to everything at your expense, a typical light fingered champagne socialist with the morals and integrity of a sewer rat.

Update, he is also one nominated for the dead pool. Sadly I was beaten in nominating Mr Flynn, but still here is hoping that Mr Flynn will make a few hundred thousand ignored constituents very very happy and also cheer up Brew Wales and myself.

You can fly when Europe says you can.

Thanks to that volcano causing lots of problems for flights I have noticed a bunch of Euro wallah's called Eurocontrol. Who I hear you ask?

Well they are the folk who operates the 'Single European Sky' programme which puts forward a legislative approach to meet future capacity and safety needs at a European rather than at local level.

By local level they mean they they decide who flies in the skies over Europe, rather than national governments.

We no longer decide when we can put our planes up in the air, another power handed over to the EUssr thanks to Gordon & his cronies.

Remember that when it comes to casting your vote in the election.

A vote for Gordon and Labour is vote for an undemocratic Europe to decide ever more what we can and can not do.
.

Gosh, lots of imported trouble makers thanks to Mr Brown opening the doors.

Just take a look at this shower, hardly a Smith, Jones or native Brit to be seen.

Maybe it is best not ask the awkward questions like how New Labour let in the savages to enforce multiculturalism and if you dare complain about the "new citizens" carrying out crime that makes you an evil racist.

Jamacian yardies, Albanian people smugglers, Russian gangsters who sometimes have meetings with Pete the pederast, Somali pirates, drug addicted Taliban members, Pakistani terrorists, Nigerian fraudsters and many more. All thanks to New Labour's open door policy. For a safer future, it would be best not to vote for Labour.

Ugly champagne boiler on a beermat.

I agree with Man Widdicombe who says if you've ever felt the urge to slam a beer glass into Jo Brand's face, well now's your chance ....

Oh the irony of this, the party who gave us the smoking ban after lying about there being choice as to it being adopted by pubs, who have taxed the drinkers, forced thousands of pubs to close for good and done their best to destroy the pub trade.

Now they think that the saggy face of Jo will get those same drinkers to forget it all and vote for the mono eyed saggy faced PM.

Update Ruda Malpa thinks she should be on beermats .....because when you start looking at your beer mat and thinking 'she looks a bit of alright', you'll know you've had enough to drink.

Good point that, but drink that much beer an one is likely to be spending the night in the loving arms of the local A&E Dept throwing up over the shoes of some junior doctor or sleeping it off in a police cell.

And its yet another data loss by Labour

From http://www.bigbrotherwatch.org.uk/
Following yesterday's CRB blunder revelation - and coming not long after it was revealed that HMRC lost 3,500 passports in their 'secure post' - we now have more tales of bureaucratic incompetence.
The Ministry of Defence has reported 347 losses of supposedly protected information last year.
The ministry recorded 71 incidents of lost confidential data in January and February 2010. According to a parliamentary written answer published on 8 April 2010, the figure for those two months almost equals the total number of losses for 2005.

Apparently, the reason the past 12 months look so bad is that (according to Defence Minister Bill Rammell) "there is an increased awareness of the need to report data loss across the department".
Which doesn't so much alleviate the problem of lost data, as suggest that this level of ineptitude is common but has previously gone uncounted.
Big Brother Watch will be doing a full analysis of the party manifestos later today, but it is clear that the next government needs to create fewer/reduce the number of state databases. The future security of our personal data is at stake on 6th May.

Voting Labour will remove your freedoms.

The Police, Powers and Procedures England and Wales 2008/09 statistical bulletin was released by the Home Office this morning, providing an indication of the enormous scale of Section 44: stop and search.
Police carried out 66% more stops and searches under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act in 2008/2009 than the year before, government figures show today.
Amateur Photographer magazine can reveal that police made 210,013 stops and searches under the controversial anti-terrorism legislation in 2008/2009.
Lord Carlile of Berriew QC (the government's terrorism tsar) said Section 44 is having a 'disproportionately bad effect on community relations'.
'Nothing fills my in-tray and in-box more than complaints on the use of Section 44,' he told the Policy Exchange think-tank.
This obviously covers the period before the European Court ruling in January that Section 44 was illegal, but does show the extent to which the number of stop and searches had exploded in the period before the ECHR intervention.

Although Lord Carlile has been strong on this issue, the government have remained largely silent since the original ruling. Inthe Big Brother Watch manifesto released this morning, we explicitly state that there should be no restart for stop and search.
It would be good to see the political parties agree with this sentiment.

Yet more Labour councillors in trouble....

An here we go again

At a special meeting of West Lothian Council on Thursday 8th. April, Labour Councillors were left reeling after Council Chief Executive, Alex Linkston, confirmed that he had reported two of their Members to Lothian and Borders Police, for alleged offences under the Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act. The allegations against Councillor Willie Dunn and Graeme Morrice were assessed against the Council’s Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy, and Mr. Linkston then called in the Police.

It is understood that further allegations are being prepared against the two, relating to their involvement in Council “arms length companies” when they controlled the Council in West Lothian. These controversial organisations were at the heart of the Purcell scandal at Glasgow City Council

The revelation comes at an embarrassing time for Graeme Morrice, Labour’s candidate for Livingston in the forthcoming General Election. Councillor Morrice is looking to replace the disgraced MP Jim Devine, who is also facing prosecution, for false accounting.

Councillor Gordon Beurskens, who submitted the complaint against the pair said “These allegations pre-date those made against me by seven months. Although I did not lodge a formal complaint with the Chief Executive in May 2008, he was certainly aware of the allegations, and has confirmed this to me in writing.

“Perhaps now that the Chief Executive has reported them, the Police will now act on a complaint they and the Crown have sat on for 8 months, for reasons best know to themselves. This witch-hunt should never have started, but now it has, I intend to take the fight to my accusers.

“The staggering abuse of process within this Council when under Labour control was disgraceful, and there are those who have sought to pillory my colleagues and I for scrutinising and exposing it. They have singularly failed, and there will be more to come.

“It is unfortunate if that causes some people problems, but we will not be diverted from securing a level playing field in the administration of West Lothian Council.”

New Labour: hate the public and soft on criminals.

Own a penknife, then up before the courts you go; but should you be scum sucking verminous cunt of a New Labour Mp then you get legal aid a top QC to defend you and lots of support of the party.

A disabled caravanner who kept a penknife in his glove compartment to use on picnics has blasted the authorities after being dragged through court for possessing an offensive weapon.
Rodney Knowles, 61, walks with the aid of a stick and had used the Swiss Army knife to cut up fruit on picnics with his wife.
Knowles yesterday admitted possessing an offensive weapon at Torquay Magistrates Court. He was given a conditional discharge.
But speaking after the hearing, he said: 'It's a stupid law. Now I have a criminal record.'
Prosecutor Philip Sewell told the court that Knowles was stopped by police when he left a pub on February 24.
He was arrested for suspected drink-driving but a breath test showed he was under the legal limit, the court was told.
But Knowles was charged with possession of the knife, which was found in its pouch in the car glove compartment.

Policing in New Labour's Cool Britannia now a case of stats and pulling people for petty offenses whilst real criminals walk away scot free, the streets are unsafe and often not walkable after dark. For a safer Britain, lets vote these champagne socialist cunts out of power.
.

Business rates soar 527% under Labour.

So this is what PM Gordon meant when he said he was working hard for business.
One Welsh pub will have to pay 527% more in business rates this year, since Wales doesn’t allow sharp rates increases to be phased in.

That’s an extra £650 per month licensees Jill and Ahmed Abdullah will have to pay. Pubs in England with steep rates increases will have them phased in, so that the maximum increase they will pay is 11%.

But Wales does not operate a transitional relief programme.

The Abdullahs bought the freehold of the Castle Inn at Pengenffold, Powys, in August 2008, after the property had been revalued for the 2010 ratings list.

This means the couple don’t know what trading information was given to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).

Previously their rateable value (RV) was £4,100, which meant they were also eligible for Small Business Rates Relief of 25%. As their RV has increased to £19,600 they do not qualify for any relief.

Ahmed said: “We’ve looked at other pubs in the area with a similar trading style and their increases have been fairly modest.

“Finding £650 a month will be very difficult.”

The Abdullah’s were paying £152 by direct debit, but this will rise to £802. The couple have arranged a meeting with their local VOA.

The Federation of Small Businesses public affairs manager Simon Evans said: “Some local authorities have emergency funds. The first point must be to assess why the rates have gone up so much.”

I think I can answer that one, billions wasted at home and abroad, record national debt, a bloated public sector, and a government that has utterly ruined every aspect of this land in its time in power.
.

Labour's lies part 8 billion or something, the smoking ban.

From the Pub Curmudgeon, Labour’s 2005 election manifesto included the following commitment:
“We will legislate to ensure that all enclosed public places and workplaces other than licensed premises will be smoke-free.The legislation will ensure that all restaurants will be smoke-free; all pubs and bars preparing and serving food will be smoke-free; and other pubs and bars will be free to choose whether to allow smoking or to be smoke-free. In membership clubs the members will be free to choose whether to allow smoking or to be smoke-free.”
As we have seen, that turned out to be utter arsewater as very pub is plastered with red signs telling you not to light up, not an ashtray can be seen and thousands of pubs have closed as a direct result of this odious little law.

Fines if you do and ranks of state employed, high viz jacket wearing Quislings to ensure that ze orders are followed.

Lord Amstrad of E-Mailer: £400,000 part payment on his peerage.

So Alan is donating lots of lovely cash to New Labour
The star of the BBC programme The Apprentice, announced the gift as the party struggled to compete financially with the Conservatives during the election campaign.
He made clear he had given the money to help Labour meet its “campaign running costs”.
Although another way of looking at it, is payback.

The Enterprise Czar Alan, landed a cushy government contract selling PC's to the government, a contract worth £30m to supply public sector organisations with  upto 70,000 PCs.

Then we have his fancy title "The Enterprise Czar", oh and that peerage.

Nice to see that in return for giving Labour in total more than £1million in donations, he just happens to get a peerage(nothing to do with handing over loot to Labour), a fancy Czar title and a huge contract.

Mind you he does work for it, earning his pennies off of Gordon; even if the Federation of Small Businesses think he is a bit of a cock over his remarks about small companies unable to get money from the banks. Oh and he has told hard working business folk that their all living in Disney World and that just 15 per cent of businesses turned down for bank loans had anything to complain about.

Then Al shows his value for money by setting up a taxpayer funded advertising campaign for apprentices that cost us over £4500 quid for each one hired.

Oh and this little gem from Lord Al:
"Can't we get off this recession kick once and for all? I don't think we're in one now, ok?"
Lord Amstrad said there had been "too much moaning" about the economy and urged a "few more positive stories".

Curse all those people daring to moan about losing their homes, seeing their companies collapse and having to go and sign on at the jobcentre.

Still it is good that vast amounts of cash changing hands can resolve differences, like when Alan slagged off Gordon back in 1992 for accusing him of making a profit from the previous recession. He said of Gordon Brown:

"I have noted with disgust the comments of a certain Mr Gordon Brown who has accused me of doing well out of the recession...
...I do not know who Mr Gordon Brown is...Whoever he is, he has not done his home work properly."

I wonder what changed his mind on Gordon, the peerage, the Czar job or the £30 million quid contract?
Oh and on that fancy Czar title his Wikipedia bit says:
During Prime Minister Gordon Brown's cabinet reshuffle on 5 June 2009, the BBC reported that Sir Alan Sugar would become Lord Sugar and had been offered a job as the government's "Enterprise Champion". On 7 June 2009 Sugar sought to clarify the non-political nature of his appointment. He stated that he would not be joining the government, that the appointment was politically neutral, and that all he wanted to do was help business and entrepreneurs.
So £400K to New Labour, that's very non-political and comes across as politically neutral I am sure.
.

Sir Richard Leese, another New Labour criminal.

Another scum sucking New Labour piggy falls fowl of the law.
The leader of Manchester City Council, Sir Richard Leese, has spent the night behind bars after he was arrested and cautioned for assaulting his 16-year-old stepdaughter.
Sir Richard spent nearly 20 hours in custody after being arrested on Monday night.
Police were called to his home in Crumpsall, north Manchester, after receiving a call claiming a 16-year-old girl had been assaulted.
He was taken to Pendleton Police station in Salford where he spent the night before being questioned by officers.
Sir Richard, 58, was released just before 7pm last night after accepting a caution, which is an admission of guilt.
It is understood he struck his stepdaughter during a row, causing a small injury to her ear.
He left the station in a vehicle, avoiding waiting photographers....

The order of the brown nose go's to Tom Harris MP:

Who said of Paul Flynn's new book:
"Paul Flynn is one of the best writers I know-not just 'a good writer for an MP' but a very good writer. Full stop, His love of wordcraft comes across powerfully, beautifully and movingly.' The Unusual Suspect' is an unashamed celebration of politics packed with fantastic anecdotes" -Tom Harris MP The House Magazine 12/04 2010

I am just off to projectile vomit blood.

Paul Flynn's financial graft and sleaze are listed on the sidebar, I have covered them many times and firmly believe that the good voters of Newport deserve an MP who is out for them and not the assorted interests of one Paul Flynn.

As for Tom he also likes to get his grasping trotter into your back pocket and help himself to your hard earned cash.
.

Give me strength.

A tribunal has ruled a single mother and soldier, Tilern DeBique, was within her rights to miss training when she could not find anyone to look after her daughter.

Miss DeBique is now seeking a six figure sum. A compensation claim. Thanks to the Tribunals verdict I expect she'll get it.

After all, she ticks all the political correctness boxes, a woman, a single mother, black = one huge payout from your taxes folks.

Another reason not to vote Labour(as if you needed one)

One to fill your mind with nightmares.

Labour manifesto, the meaningless words of champagne swilling scum sucking pigs.

What is the fucking point, they could promise each an every one of us a gold plated ladder to the fucking moon. It means not a jot and not a word of it can be believed.
After all they promised a vote on Europe and having broken their word once, having received votes on that promise, they can never be trusted to honor it again.

An dare to even question the pant pissing snot munching bully boy Cyclops and you are in for lots of abuse.
Reporters do not cheer at news conferences but this didn’t stop a heckler attacking the media for not standing up when questioning the Prime Minister.
The crowd, including some cabinet ministers, booed and shouted at questions they didn’t like.
Nick Robinson, the BBC’s political editor, had his question interrupted by jeering and Graham Wilson of the Sun was booed just for identifying his newspaper.
Labour did not behave like that in the last three elections when the Sun backed them.
Gordon Brown was happy to join in this confrontational mood.
It was the most substantive aspect of the manifesto event.
In truth, Labour has little cash to spend or new initiatives to announce.
.

Let me just clarify that

I would rather eat shit than ever vote for Labour.
.

Legal aid for 3 porky pigs.

David Chaytor, Elliot Morley and Jim Devine are accused of stealing almost £60,000 in allowances through false mortgage claims, rent claims and invoiced services.
Well after doing their best as MP's to line their own pockets with our hard earned, as well as voting to keep us from finding out that they were doing that; an now that that has failed they now face the justice system.
Having claimed that they are are somehow special and should not be tried like common crooks and as MP's are exempt from the laws that apply to us little folk. Thankfully that little ruse failed and now having hired their expensive legal chaps to defend them, they wait for this you will love it.

They are getting legal fucking aid to help with the costs! Sure everyone is entitled to legal representation, never mind that first off they refused to accept that the court held sway over them, or that they should be charged like little people and have grabbed themselves some high quality and expensive legal advice.

Something the average shoplifter will be unable to afford.

They claim however that it's the principle. Still after a career of dipping their trotters into our wallets, naturally they would see claiming legal aid off of the taxpayers as a principle.

These troughing fuckwits would not know a real principle, like integrity, decency or honesty if it came up and kicked them in their fat lard laden arses.

Had they a principle they would have resigned as MP's and paid back the cash a long time ago.
.

I would rather...

I see that GOT is in fine form again, should those evil bastards get in again, GOT will be off for a walk in the woods..

Anyway not one to be left out I figured I would do one:
then again I could see Labour adapting this to get votes in Merthyr Tydfil.
In short I would soon be boiled alive than vote for the scum sucking pigs.
.

You will vote for the party comrade...

Else you will be doling out pills in a re-education camp.
A doctor has complained that senior Labour figures are trying to pressure her into publicly backing the party against her will.

Labour is trying to organise a round robin letter from senior figures in the NHS saying that only Labour can be trusted to look after the health service.

The Twickenham GP, whose name has been withheld for fear of retribution, contacted the Conservatives in fury at the attempt to make her sign a petition.

The GP expressed concern that Amy Fowler, a development officer for the Labour Party, obtained her work e-mail address, which she claimed is not publicly available.

Another day and another sleazy New Labour tactic is exposed.
.

Baroness Scotland, is the Attorney General lying under oath?

A liar and fugly as well.

She gets a fine under laws that she helped to bring in, now the Attorney General is in court as a witness, then accused of lying to the court about her employment of an illegal alien.

Yet at no point has she even considered doing the right thing and going into a room with a service revolver and a bottle of whisky for a quick respray of the wall in a nice shade of brain, er resigning her position which is shaming her office.

Me I think she is a typical example of a career politico, out for herself, a grafting, self serving hang onto power at any cost politico and I for one believe she is lying and believe the illegals version of events.
.

Maybe he could just say sorry and they will let him off.

From http://liarsbuggersandthieves.blogspot.com/
A Bristol city councillor has been convicted of falsely claiming more than £3,500 in benefits.

Simon Crew, who represents Brislington East, was paid a carer's allowance for looking after his sick mother, a court heard.

But after he was elected as a Labour councillor in May 2007 he failed to tell the Department of Work and Pensions about his new role, allowances for which pushed his earnings beyond the threshold that entitled him to claim a carer's allowance.

The amount wrongly claimed totalled more than £3,550 between May 28, 2007, and October 12, 2008, North Somerset Magistrates Court heard yesterday.

Crew, of Eastwood Road, St Anne's, was convicted of failing to notify a change of circumstances affecting his entitlement to benefit and ordered to pay £1,400 in fines and costs. He has already paid back the money wrongly claimed.

**No doubt he thought he could follow in the footsteps of Jacqui Smith and others who have made a simple apology or just claimed it was an "admin error" and been allowed to carry on as before.
.

So this what they meant by cuts. Cuts to OAP funding not public sector non jobs.

Keep funding their backers and the army of public sector non jobs, but hit OAP's in order to save a few quid. How very New Labour.

More than three million older people will be forced to wait up to five years for their free bus pass after a 'sneaky' rule change.

The delay will save the Treasury more than £1billion over the next five years as 720,000 men and women a year reach the age of 60 to find they cannot have the concessionary pass.

Many will struggle to get to hospital appointments and stay in touch with friends and family, experts say.
Ministers were last night accused of bringing in the cut through the back door with new rules that went into force last week.

Free bus passes for the over-60s were promised by Gordon Brown before the 2005 election and introduced in 2007. Some 11 million people use them.

But people reaching their 60th birthday are now being told they must wait because of little-publicised changes introduced by Chancellor Alistair Darling in last autumn's Pre-Budget report.

Under the new rules, both men and women will be given their bus pass when they reach the retirement age for a woman. But this is being pushed back from 60 in response to European Court equality rulings.

The change is being introduced on a sliding scale and by April 2020 all women will have the same retirement age as men, 65.

Just think had they brought in the cuts to MP expenses say 5 years ago, they could have easily funded that.

Hitting OAP's and hoping they are still stupid enough to vote for the party that wants them dead, how typical of the scum sucking New Labour filth.

What a bloody good idea.

I do like this sign from manwiddicombe
And all of the non-smokers who spent the whole of the winter laughing at smokers freezing for their addiction have suddenly commandeered the tables in the pub beer gardens up and down the country. I've heard more than one complaint about "being subjected to clouds of smoke while we try to enjoy a beer and the sunshine" and, quite honestly, it has pissed me off. I'm going to see my local print shop tomorrow to see how expensive it would be to get some of these printed on stickers

Indeed well said that man. I think a trip to the printers may be in order tomorrow...
