Mustaf Jama - Turd floats back to the UK & charged with murder.

From the Daily Mail.
The alleged gunman said to have fled Britain under a veil after the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky has been seized by British detectives in a dramatic raid in Somalia and charged with the killing.
**Now I wonder if he was still dressed up as a woman when they arrested him?

Last night Mustaf Jama arrived back in Britain and was driven to Bridewell police station in Leeds.

The city centre came to a halt to let the top-security convoy pass.

Jama, 27, had been hiding in his native Somalia, where he believed he was out of reach of the authorities, since PC Beshenivsky was shot during a £5,000 robbery at a Bradford travel agency two years ago.

West Yorkshire Police always vowed to bring him back to face justice.

Last night, it emerged that its officers were involved in secretly tracking the suspect in the lawless African state.

After several days monitoring Jama they launched their daring raid with help from local forces. A source close to the investigation said: "They got him - he was put in handcuffs. He is finally going to be made to face trial for Sharon's murder."

Detective Superintendent Andy Brennan, who led the murder hunt, is understood to have been in Somalia.

A gang, including Jama's younger brother, Yusuf, are in prison in connection with the murder.

PC Beshenivsky, a mother of three, was murdered on November 18, 2005 - her daughter Lydia's fourth birthday.

Last night, her husband Paul said: "It's been two years and I started to think maybe they were never going to bring him to trial. If he is convicted it will close another hole in the case, but the pain never really goes away.

"Lydia still gets upset when Sharon's picture is on the television."

As they fled the travel agency brandishing a pistol and submachine gun, the robbers were confronted by PC Beshenivsky and her colleague Teresa Milburn. Both were unarmed.

PC Beshenivsky was fatally injured and PC Milburn seriously wounded.

In the nationwide manhunt that followed, all but one of the gang was caught.

There was outrage when it was suggested Jama had fled by borrowing his sister's passport and passed through Heathrow beneath a burqa, although it has never been confirmed that this was his escape route.

He was tracked to Somalia - the country deemed 'too dangerous' to deport him to under the Human Rights Act when the issue was raised.

The gang stood trial a year ago. Muzzaker Shah, 26, who police believe pulled the trigger, admitted murder and will serve at least 35 years. Yusuf Jama was found guilty of murder and will also serve 35 years.

Faisal Razzaq, 25, and his brother Hassan, 26, were given 11 and 20 years respectively for manslaughter. Raza ul Haq Aslam was jailed for robbery.

A police spokesman thanked "partner agencies and authorities at home and abroad" for their help with the operation.

Asked about a report that Jama was in Dubai at some stage, he said: "We are not going to discuss the route back from Somalia and what other countries may have been involved."

He has also been charged with robbery, two charges of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and two charges of possessing a prohibited weapon.

**Mustaf Jamma, Yusuf's brother, reportedly escaped to Somalia via Heathrow Airport by dressing in a traditional veil and using his sister's passport. - Yep you got to love those cross dressing Somali's, see below on how the Somali savage Jama arrived in the UK.

Another man, Piran Ditta Khan, believed to have been the "architect" of the robbery, also remains on the run. Although the police might be advised to read this: article on worthless scumbag pile of shit Piran Ditta Khan and where he might be.

Crossdressing vermin Jama a brief history:

According to The Times, in 1993 Nadifa Egal a Somali woman arrived at Heathrow with three children and a Kenyan people trafficker who falsely claimed to be her husband. Mrs Egal described the danger from which her family were fleeing following tribal violence.(Blah blah, usual tale of woe to woolly headed Guardian readers) The family were granted leave to remain and Mrs Egal set about contacting her four other children who had been sent to the UK in 1992. Soon after being granted leave to remain it is reported that Mrs Egal returned to Somalia leaving her seven children to be brought up by friends and relatives in London and Birmingham.

Mustaf Jama was 12 years old when he stood by his mother’s side at Heathrow in 1993. Eight years after arriving in the UK, Mustaf was jailed for burglary and robbery offences. After a string of violent criminal offences he was released from prison in 2005 aged 25; he was considered for deportation but permitted to remain because it was deemed too dangerous to send him back to Somalia where the conflict continued. Some time between Christmas Day and New’s Year he fled the UK, returning to Somalia, apparently bearing his sister’s passport and disguised in a niqab.

Jama was not required to prove his identity by immigration staff. It has been further reported that Jama’s Uncle is a former Somalian Foreign Minister and his father a former MP and cousin of Mohamed Siad Barre the country’s ex-president who seized power in 1969 in a brutal military coup. Mustaf Jama is reportedly protected and hiding in Somalia.Mustaf Jama is still wanted by British police as the prime suspect for the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky.
