Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, turd due to be flushed back to Libya.

It is being reported on BBC Pravda that the convicted terrorist Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, who is alledged to be dying by all accounts is due to be freed later today.

Megrahi, 57, who has served just eight years of a life sentence for killing 270 people in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am flight, has terminal prostate cancer so it is claimed.

189 people died in the airliner explosion.

I mentioned before that Lord Fondlebum had met up with Col. Gaddaffi's son. Lord Fondlebum as we all know is a business Czar for Gordon Brown and who has lived up the highests standards of public office; the fact he had to resign twice was just jolly bad luck.

It might be very cynical to suggest that we are looking out for our national economic interests and as this recent article in the Times shows, Libya has reserves of 42 billion barrels of oil and 1.5 trillion cubic metres of natural gas, but that reserves could been even higher.

Never mind the dead, or the minor fact that someone at the Libyan embassy shot dead WPC Yvonne Fletcher.

This is of course all about returning an alledged dying man back home and nothing at all to do with Lord Fondlebum attempting to get a stake in all that black gold under the desert sands of Libya.
